They arrived and they are perfect!!!

I ordered these boots I have been coveting from the Outnet sale and they are absolute perfection! Exactly how you described, Straight-Laced, they hug my leg like a glove. Totally in love! I sprayed them down with Garde suede water and stain protectant last night, and hopefully I can get a modeling pic to post tonight.

Such gorgeous boots - I'm glad they worked out for you!!!
Looking forward to a modeling pic. . . :flowers: :D

Anyone care to comment?

Are these lace-up open boots nicer in suede or leather???
(the first two pics are of the suede and the third is leather)

Are the leather ones more versatile?
Or no difference between the two really?? :D

GORGEOUS shoes! I also think they are nicer in leather. That ruffle just looks prettier in leather, though both are stunning. I think the leather are more versatile too.

Here are the wedge cutout boots. Pardon the outfit, just wanted to get on something with some contrast so that you guys could see the boots. I wore them out yesterday and realized I am having a difficult time walking in them and need to find a way to fix it on the inside of the boot. I am an expert in walking in heels, even super high ones, but my heel keeps sliding up and down in these so as I walk, I feel as though it is a struggle to keep my heel down. I tried heel grips, without much luck so I'm going to try some combination of inserts and grips until I get my heels stable. Other than that they are quite comfy.

Bulletproofsoul they look FABULOUS on you!!! :woohoo:
Congrats - I hope you can get the fit/stability worked out.

I don't exactly have a heel slippage issue with my wedge cutout pumps but I definitely have to walk differently in these shoes. I think I put most weight on my toes and sort of spring off the heel, if that makes sense? :thinkin:

Ilgin, k*d, bulletproofsoul thanks for your input on the suede V leather question!

I actually bought the suede pair and they just arrived yesterday . . . then the leather ones suddenly became available

I'm just trying to decide now whether it's worth the bother of returning the suede and buying the leather or just being content with the lovely suede pair that I have :shrugs: (I like the leather ruffle more and think the leather is more versatile too, but whether it's worth troubling myself over I'm not so sure. . . :D )
