There were none in my size... and since they run large, wasn't even going to take the chance. Oh well~! I'm on a no-buy anyway... hahahaha *feels sheepish for even looking*

Ack! Lord help me! I just ordered the suede cutout wedge calf length boots. I hope I didn't make a mistake. I've been lusting after them forever, but I am short and hope they don't make me look stumpy. :-s They look very slim in the ankle/calf, and I hope they are in real life too. I hate how they only return for store credit, so I'm basically SOL if they don't work for me. Fingers crossed...

Is this a condition of the pop-up sales??? No refund, only credit? :thinkin:

Good luck with the boots. I have the suede cut out ankle strap pumps and they're one of my favourite shoes of all time :nuts:
I've had them for ages and I still cherish them as if I'd brought them home yesterday :rolleyes::laugh:
And in my experience Alaia boots grip the ankle and follow the curve of the leg like a GLOVE!!

Yes, unfortunately it is a condition of the pop-up sales. No refund. Only credit. :mad: I hate that. Shoes are so hard to buy online.

Really happy to hear about the Alaias fitting snug. I am short but have super thin legs that aren't short and stubby. I try to only buy shoes/boots that make me look taller and don't make my legs look shorter, and it's a challenge. The last calf-length boots I bought and love (still) are the Gucci Kills peep toe boots. SUPER fitted and very flattering on my freakishly skinny ankles.

Crossing my fingers, because I really love the Alaias.

BTW I just checked on both Outnet sites and it appears that refunds are given for returned pop-up sale purchases made on the International site but not on the US one. . . :shrugs:

wow, thanks for letting me know!! I usually love the Outnet with a passion, but now I'll think twice before buying something at a pop-up sale. I know they're really good otherwise with regular returns/cancellations.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Oh crap, now im bummed...
I ordered some suede slash boots and what if they don't fit? or much worse if i don't like the style?

Oh, well, im sure if they give me credit, i could use it on other stuff then:D
