Thank you! The lining is soufre, in chevre. I think when the Plume debuted in Butler it also was made with a cobalt lining.

I love butler and I was hoping to get a glass case in butler but it didn’t come to my shop and I have to get one in epsom
The bag in your photo is a beautiful Victoria II. Like you, I love both the Plume and the Victoria!
It looks just like the plume 21 mini and has the same dimensions -- looks like they just swapped the leather handles for chains. I didn't even know they still made them -- I thought the re-released smaller one was the last plume to come out. Wonder why they don't add a long strap to the ostrich version??This is now known as the Plume 20 I believe? (Length 20cm) The 2024 re-released Mini is actually (much) smaller, has two tiny handles and a crossbody strap.
😂 I know the Plume does not usually fold in like that... I think the bag is a really old "soft" box Plume... (Victoria does not have the metal hooks on the handles) ...
I have a Box Plume from 1994 and it does fold over like that if it's not stuffed, so I think it's normal.
