:loveeyes: may I ask if you sourced this tourmaline or did Leon?

Candice, the stone was sourced by Perry/Leon. A difficult decision as I could not see the stone in real life (I live in Europe). I must say I like the stone in real life much better than I could even imagine by seeing the photo's. The stone truly seems to glow from within.

Also, I had only ever seen Paraibas on photo's, never in real life. I am really glad I took the plunge. Perry also had a beautiful cabochon Paraiba, but I wanted a faceted stone.

Bump!

I've tried to read quite a bit about Leon, his work, and style, and I have no doubt in mind that he is talented. However, I'm nervous about trying to meet with him or get a quote because ideally I would like to get a setting to reset the diamond from my mother's engagement ring (she passed, and I would like to reset it instead of doing something else with it). However, I haven't had the diamond appraised, so I have no idea what the quality is like. I'm worried about bringing him a diamond that is lower quality than what he is used to working with. It's beautiful to me, but is it possible that he would refuse to work on something if it's not up to his standards? I'm sure this sounds silly, but I'm so nervous about this!
