Here's my take on the LM thing and any other brand out there. What I loathe are when people base their opinions solely on what they've "heard" through the grapevine as opposed to, experiencing first hand themselves.

That's like if I chatted up SkyQueen as being a Royal Pain all over this board. What would I possibly gain? A bunch of SQ haters? What's the point? (Love ya SkyQ :winkiss:)

These threads (in this case Leon Mege) is to admire his work. Those who complain, have you dealt with Leon first hand? And if so, I'd be interested to hear HIS side of the story.

Gorgeous jewels Ladies. Thimp.....your earrings are reminiscent of mine. :smile1:
Hey!
Really random, but I'm looking at a setting for my engagement ring and fell in love with the same setting you have. I saw it on Pinterest and have been researching it everywhere. I found it on this blog and couldn't resist. I hate to ask this, but how much was the setting with the french cut stones (not the main stone)?

Hi KatieKat,

My ring was created by Steven Kirsch and was a double Halo reminiscent of the Tiffany Soleste.

I've included a photo

I love this ring as much today as when I received it…..the quality is amazing and I loved that it was hand-crafted. Steven is an incredible Artist and creates stunning pieces of jewellery.

As far as price, each piece is subjective and relates to the size of the centre stone and type of setting you select. That said, you can look at to pay anywhere between $5500 & up

Hope this helps :smile1:

I've missed you, La Contessa!!!
I forgot about your first post...I had to chuckle!
Glad you posted a pic of your ring, always stunning!
Don't stay away so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's my Leon Mege mini-ring, the most frivolous (and fun!) purchase I think I've ever made. It's from his "La Petite"'collection, which is a series of micro versions of his rings meant to be worn as charms or pendants. I'm not a pendant gal, but I just couldn't resist this little ring. It's the perfect "tiara" for my tchotcke next to my jewelry box!
