Just an example of what amanda said (because I've received great service as best buy). I bought a flat screen Samsung at Best Buy and took it home (it was on sale). Then I told my mom and we went to another store and go one. Then my mom was told she was going to get a 50 dollar gift card. I was like wait a minute, I just went to another BB and they didn't give me one of those. The SA told me that they should have because it was all the stores. So they gladly let me return and rebuy the tv at their store for the gift card.
