I've had mine for over a year and it's not doing that. I use it the most of any of my bags. Take it back. I think they'll fix that, no problem.

that's so disappointing to see. I thought LV was all about quality and supposed to last for years and years. I hope they just give you a new bag, not just repair the strap.

Yes, definitely take it back and see what they say BUT, if I was an SA and judging from your pictures, my first question to you would be, "how do you store your bag - it looks like the handles are stored bent over into the bag or bent back."
