Yay! Glad that you got a card.
I can usually only do phone orders because I don't live near a store...and the ONLY store that will do it for me no questions asked is the one in Delaware. I just ask if I can place an order for PCE and they automatically say yes. I tried calling the one in Philly and they said no. I also noticed this time that they waived the shipping fee for me as opposed to the two other times I ordered. Their customer service over the phone is great, but in the store it's below par.
