Yes, you should tell her. That is a lot of money for fake junk, especially if she has her heart set on a real Coach bag and can't afford it. That's one of the worst things about the fake market--taking the money of the people who can least afford it.

If she really believes it to be real, then you should tell her. If she bought it knowing that it was fake, there isn't much you can do about that.
