Of course I believe that there are people out there who blog/twit/FB whatever.
Case in point here, if she has time to do that, then why not respond to her clients?
Well, ITA that it doesn't look good, at all, but one possible explanation could be that she thinks she has put her business into the hands of someone reliable, so doesn't have to worry about it; but, actually, that person isn't reliable, at all.
However, even if that had been the case, if people (her friends) have been directly in contact with her about all this then, presumably, she must be aware, at least by now?
Of course, it's also possible that one could have been made aware, by friends, that there are issues, but as one is simultaneously being scammed and falsely reassured by the person who is, supposedly, helping one and one is feeling really ill and/or depressed about being ill, one simply isn't capable of seeing the truth and/or dealing with it?
Unless someone has spoken to her in person, I presume another possiblility might be that someone else could have full access to everything (including her FB and email accounts) and she no longer has any input, at all?
Not saying any of this is the case, or anything (chances are probably fairly high that it's a scam, IMO), just pure speculation on my behalf...
