Swisshera - Thanks for the lovely opening photo. Those cute little jockeys are so adorable !!

Can I ask if the Kellys and Birkin were on display ? Do you think one can walk into the store and purchase it without building a relationship ?

I wonder if I should make a special trip to the new Las Vegas store on their store opening so that I can score a Kelly.

I was there near closing time. I didn't see any Kellys or Birkins on display (and I didn't ask if there were any in the back).

The store has a limited edition Pegase d'Hermes scarf for the opening of the store (in purple and red/orange cw).

I will post the inventory in a bit. ;)

When I walked in, there were no birkin/ kelly on display THOUGH I imagine them to be on display earlier for the VIP people to grab.

Going to the LV store probably won't help you getting a kelly bag unless you can somehow get into the guestlist. Good luck!!!

Thanks Swisshera. I thought that when bags are on display that they are eligible for walk-ins to purchase. That is what our local store will do. Once in a blue moon, they have a birkin and will put it out for the lucky gal to come in at the right moment.

i arrived at the store the at about ten past nine this morning and that kelly was already gone - they also had a croc kelly cut and a croc kelly wallet with diamonds, both of which were sold by about ten o'clock!

Yeah the SA told me as soon as they opened the door in the morning, the lady grabbed it right off the spot. Keep dreaming :)

Any more sightings from the Short Hills store ? Unbelievable to hear that people will grab a Himalayan Kelly on the spot. I can see people grabbing $10K birkins but not a croc bag just like that !!!

Finally got a chance to visit Short Hills this week and met a nice sales associate. Hope they will come through with orders being a new store. They had barely any stock available but hoping that will change.

Been there a few times. Not sure yet what to make of it. First trip got a lively SA. Was interested in shoes but they had none in my size. Second trip was practically ignored. Third visit was inbetween.

I've been slowly building a relationship with Sarah at the short hills boutique. She recently took down my request for a B and K. Was wondering how long it usually takes for her to give me that "special" call to offer me a bag. If any of you can share some experiences you've had with Sarah, it would be great. Thanks!

I think you will get good feedback on Sarah but personally I was unimpressed. She seems to be one of THOSE SAs who like to play the H game, if u know what I mean.

seems like most SAs there play that game. the SA i worked with said i would have to spend more the get a B/K, this was after i spent over 2k. she said i would need to consistently spend for a while before getting a bag.
