I received a ladybag from Matchesfashion, earlier this month and the packaging was awesome! The beautiful marbled box :loveeyes::loveeyes:

My only peeve is the stuffing. Why don't these retailers stuff the bags!! My bag came in a bit floppy and squished because there wasn't anything to prop the lady bag up and help it hold it's shape...

I found that stuffing it with soft tissue paper (until it's the shape you like) and hanging it on the door knob does wonders for the sagginess of the lady bag and evens out any "dents" that might have occurred. Hanging it from the door knob makes the top strap stand up straight. This also helps with airing out the bleach smell from the lady bags.

My lady bag from ShopBAZAAR came with air pillows in the bag. Stuffing a bag is so basic, all retailers should be doing so.

I hung my lady bag on the door knob immediately after getting it too. The top strap was somewhat twisted in the box and hanging it made it straight again. This leather is quite malleable, I feel!

I love their marbled box! Did it come with another box from Mansur Gavriel? I've never bought bags from Matches before. Only a pair of YSL Tribtoos.

Agree. Although I'd only be happy with $40 or under. Every store I use to buy MG has free international shipping and with the sales they would be making from these bags surely they can do better than what they're charging.

I placed a preorder for the Mansur Gavriel bucket bag in black and flamma and the customer service over the phone was terrible (i'm based in Aus)!

I sent an email 3 days ago to ask what the estimated shipping dates were for the preorder and have not heard back... :oh:

The next relaunch is supposed to be in October, so presumably that's when your pre-order is due. The date hasn't been announced yet by MG so they may not be able to give you an estimated ship date until then.

I'm in Australia and looking to buy my very first MG Mini Bucket! The shipping has been lowered to $75 but I'm still wondering if there's some way to get it cheaper!
