I have ordered so many things from farfetch; bags, shoes, clothes, accessories and they are all authentic. It's one of my favorite sites for luxury shopping, great service too, never had a problem in delivery duties and return =)

So I wanted to voice my concern about FarFetch. I purchased a bag three weeks that arrived this week and it was completely horrible! I'm waiting to send it back and get my refund. Please see pictures

Really? Hmm... their email says that it's good until March 31. This is a promo code for the app though, so you'd have to place the order from there.
I understand, it just says it's invalid/not a current code via the app. [emoji848]
The code didn't work for me when I logged into the app using Facebook. When I changed to logging in with my email, it applied. Also, I called customer services who were really helpful, I explained the issue and she sent me an email saying that if I purchase the bag using the app, to then send them my order number and they can refund the 10%. Hope this helps somebody!
