Shopping in Philly? D.C.? Baltimore?

Seems like most things i would have said have been covered except...

Baltimore- Fell's Point. Lots of adorable vintage and thrift stores, an awesome music store, plus nice and comfy pubs! I absolutely love it there

Philly: KOP, definitely!

DC: Tysons I & II (right off of the beltway in Virginia) in Tysons Corner

Baltimore: The inner harbor has a few shops (like Coach) that you could visit...Towson mall isn't that bad either. They've got a pretty big Nordstrom. Annapolis Mall isn't bad either (my hometown mall) and there's some nice scenery in Annapolis too  A lot of people go to Crofton Mall, but I didn't find it as nice. If you have the chance, hit up the outlets in Hagerstown!

Looks like KOP Mall will be be a successful shopping adventure, then! Looking extra forward to going to Neiman's now that I know its a big one. Thanks for all of your replies.

About the parking for the shops on Wisconsin Ave. in Chevy Chase... is there a public garage or a good place to park? It always seems to be such a problem for me. Am I not seeing something?
