The experience in Madrid can be a hit or miss depending a lot whether you are lucky with the SA or not (I guess like everywhere else). I have had great experiences and also awful ones. B/K/C very unlikely if you are not local.

Hi all!!! I just got a pink mini Constance at the Barcelona store!!! My heart is still beating from all the excitement but I wanted to share with the group here first thing

I went to the store on Paseo de Gracia about 10 days ago. I asked for a mini Constance or Roulis. They had no Roulis but actually had a mini Constance in stock. It was crocodile leather in brown. I turned it down. The SA was very nice and asked if I wanted to create a wish list. I wanted a C18. My dream color would be pink, but I would be happy with neutral colors.
I told the SA I am staying in town a few weeks and she seemed quite confident and said there is a good chance. (Meanwhile, she said Roulis is not a wishlist bag, and it is actually harder to get one these days)
I never heard from the SA, but decided to drop by the store today to see other items. She saw me and recognized me immediately! She said she would "go check the stock", which I thought was just a formality, until she came up with a box!
She managed my expectation to say "it is something", and then it was a pink C18! Exactly what I wanted!
She said she couldn't get me sakura of bubblegum but Mauve Sylvestre is a new color. I was so excited she probably thought I was crazy
Overall a super pleasant experience. Of course I then asked to put a Birkin for my next wishlist item (And she said it is much harder because the list is long), so fingers crossed!

I have a purchase history there but never had any luck and will be prepared to do a good amount of shopping but I just want to make sure I find the right SA to shop with if possible. Thanks hun

I am in Madrid now and they do not require appointments. I am going to Barcelona next week and assume it is the same.
Just visited both Barcelona stores today and no appointments needs at either. As of Jan 1, 2022, the El Corte store will be closed and absorbed into the Passeig store. The Passeig de Gracia location had very very few bags, definitely no BKC, and not even any lindys, bolides, etc in any size. There were <10 bags displayed and sales associate said that’s literally all the bags they have. They did have two Vert calvis (forgot exact shade) that were very pretty. My understanding from the sales associate is that France is sending very few shipments these days.
On Monday I saw an orange B30 being offered to who I think was a well-established client, but I do not think there are any “unclaimed” BKCs. My SA kept saying they don’t have any, she actually led me over to their bag display and pointed out which they actually have available (mostly seasonal styles) and then repeated that they won’t have any bag shipments until Jan (I’m guessing later in Jan because there must be very little stock now since I think they bulk up before Xmas)
