i know this is slightly off topic but i'm unsure where else to ask, but does anyone have a recommended hermes shoe cobbler in the OC/LA area that can put the rubber on the soles of the oran sandals ? the SA didn't know any to recommend when i asked her yesterday !

That is correct. You have to call the number and they will schedule an appointment. I had to leave a message and I got a call back within 15 minutes.

Thank you!

In OC I would recommend Deluxe Shoe Repair right by Fashion Island; I know at least Gianvito Rossi uses them for their local repairs, and I have taken many of my bags and shoes to them. In LA I have used Pasquale Shoe Repair, they also do a good job and are recommended on the Louboutin website.

Thank you!

Neiman Marcus, Saks, Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Roger Vivier, Valentino, and others send their shoes to Deluxe as well. My favorite place. They’ve done amazing refurb work on my Louboutins and Chanel bags.

I was only on vacation in Orange County last year and I went to SCP to buy a scarf the SA was really really nice, she noticed I was French and we talked a lot but I knew I wasn’t looking for a quota bag.
Got her business card and sent her a few emails since COVID. She was always very nice with me.

I'm moving to the Calabasas area soon, and excited to be within driving distance of a boutique (I'm currently 5+ hrs away from my nearest store).
Does anyone have a Beverly Hills SA they particularly like? I mostly shops scarves and SLGs, plus the occasional non-quota bag, and I'm hoping for someone who won't mind helping me track down very specific scarf requests. Feel free to DM me.

My SA at BH is good at responding to my texts but I am not sure how good he is with tracking down scarf requests, etc. I haven’t gotten any b or k offers from him. Since you are mostly looking for scarfs and non quota bags, if you want, feel free to pm me for his name and contact information. Or the store is pretty good about picking up their phone when you call for appointment :) good luck!

If you are moving to Calabasas soon, another good option will be the new Hermes at Topanga opening soon! https://wwd.com/business-news/retai...tfield-topanga-mall-redevelopment-1234796038/

Interested in checking out the BH store soon since I wanted to branch out from just buying Chanel; thank you for the kind offer re info!

Does the BH store require appointments? I don't need one here in Vegas, but I guess our restrictions could be a bit more lax.

Day trip with the wife to LA for a hockey game in late December (so we're a ways out), but probably swing by the H store in BH to check out local inventory since wife has never been to Rodeo.

No appointments required for BH but there is a line. Try to go before 12pm. Gets pretty busy after that.
