Lol - Those are Shoe Shapers from HSN. They're fabulous!!!! They're a high-density foam and come in a bunch of colors.

Do they stretch your shoes? We don't get them here in the uk I don't think - so never seen these before!

No they don't stretch them but provide stability when you're not wearing them. They're especially great for fabric shoes, i.e., Satin.

No, they don't. They're colorfast and say so in the desription or on the online video.
