Thank you @glamourbag! I have learnt a lot through this forum and your advices are always spot on ... Still wanting to build a capsule collection of VCA pieces which I will treasure for years and to be passed down to dear daughter  someday.
That’s a beautiful idea and I agre: a well chosen collection will be much adored by your daughter one day. Earrings are especially easier to hand down than, say rings, as they are much more universal whereas rings (or even bracelets to some extent - ex bangles) can be limiting due to their sizing and inability to be resized.

I am completely mesmerized by the VCA collections! Been extremely grateful that I could collect these 3 pairs of beautiful earclips. Am only left with the Lotus - saving my fund for my next purchase!

Will post some modelling when they are back after post adjustments.
I absolutely LOVE your gorgeous trio! The best three imo - Alhambra, Frivole, butterflies @BabyBenV I have been getting so much more mileage out of my earrings than any other piece these days! Love how earrings complete the look.

Thank you @eternallove4bag Definitely you have inspired me to be very selective in curating a capsule VCA collection. I have learnt the hard way to streamline my wishlists. The 2 pairs are currently back for post adjustments however, i will definitely post some action pics for modelling.
Aww thank you tons @BabyBenV I can’t wait to see the modeling shots! I am learning myself that I would rather have a small collection of amazing pieces that I love and wear constantly than have a huge collection of ‘let’s buy it all to numerically grow my collection and hope I can wear them someday’. That latter is a waste of resources and energy! I have bought 2-3 pieces in the last couple of years and been very happy with my decision. I won’t lie I get constantly tempted to add pieces here and there but I have become good at talking myself out of those pieces, lol!

I have also come to terms with the fact that I will never be a minimalist but I also refuse to be a hoarder

So happy we share the same thought process!

Thank you @eternallove4bag Most of the times, this kind of mentality is really due to frequent price increase.... I've learnt the hard way that most of the times, it's a wise thing to step back, relook at the wishlist, and strategise together with the budget. For sure, we can't beat the price increase all the time, but at least by streamlining our targets - we are doing much better.

Going forward, I don't want to be pressured by SAs anymore, I would rather wait to see when I am ready to pull the trigger with no regrets even with slightly more expensive purchases
