Toiletry pouch 15 (so cute love this, my first tp) and pochette metis reverse, but the top part of the lock is crooked and the flowers on the strap start off uncentered and slowly become centred... deal breakers?

I can and would get another as they’ve been popping up but likely similar would happen. And I’d want to wait first to get my refund before ordering another, which takes days even weeks for me before
I ordered two reverse just to make sure at least one was keepable after all the posts I read but I have to say both were perfect. I kept one and returned the other so I can’t say another one will have the same problem. LV is quite slow with returns so I understand.
That’s good to know, perhaps if I return and re stalk I will get a good one. However I think I am at my canvas/bag/slg allotment for the month- I think that means I risk having the next purchase cancelled? If anyone can please advise let me know, as I just made my 6th purchase so if I return and re buy, will it go through?
I wish I can help but I don’t know or fully understand the policy. I once had an order cancelled and didn’t know the reason but had no issue with my next order.
