Sounds wonderful! I have a bastia in chamkila and other SLGs ( and bastia) in mysore, so that would be my best basis of comparison. The hand feel of the chamkila is lovely, it DOES feel a bit less supple and "drier" for lack of a better word than the mysore. But in a short time, it is already softer than it was and has a wonderful sheen to it- perhaps a TINY bit less than mysore(?) Very subtle in some ways. The grains appear a bit rounder and flatter.
As to how it will feel in a K25 compared to one in mysore would be difficult to extrapolate, as a K25 sellier will be fairly "stiff" regardless. With that sheen, however, it should be dazzling in anemone! Super exciting!!

I have a Calvi in bambou that is chamkila. I loooove it. It is smoother than Mysore so hence the shiny description and so far appears stiffer . I would definitely want a bag in chamkila! Hope you can share pics of your offer.

Thank you for the info! Actually I have a SO K25 Black Chevre mysore which I love. I will update of the leather comparison.
