What color was offered to your friend and did she take it?
I had the chance to see the bag at the boutique and really love it. But they didn’t have the specs I want so I will wait until the right one arrives.
I think this is Vert Cypres in Clemence. The color caught my eyes as it’s a beautiful dark green.

Yesterday I was offered:
C18 Noir Epsom RGHW
B30 Blue Brighton PHW
I passed on both as I was not actually looking to buy a bag, plus either would have been an impulse purchase. DH bought me my K25 Blue Encre GHW sellier just two weeks ago, plus I was informed this week that my store PO for S/S19 will be K25 RP/PHW and last month I placed an SO for B30.
Either bag would have been very tempting and was hard to decline, but at this point I don’t need much more and should stick with ‘needs’. I had a C18 and it fit less than my K25 - and I can’t see using a shoulder bag as an evening bag. Im glad I didn’t even look at the B; Im a sucker for colors, so if I had, it may have come home with me. Keeping a list really helps!!

Yes it’s VC, I have a VC Kelly Lettre and it looks exactly like mine. It does not look black to me at all, It’s a gorgeous dark green goes with many things in my closet. 
Perhaps. I didn’t check the tag so I’m not sure. I just thought it was lovely and snapped a picture for future reference. When everyone mentioned Vert Cypres was a dark dark green, I thought I would share the pictures. I have to admit, the color captured in the picture is not the same as IRL.
I know!!! Thank you! Wondering if I should be proud of myself or kicking myself (probably both). Also, DH usually buys my bags for me, I think twice in a month might be too much for him, plus he prefers pop colors.
This was a case of just hitting it off with an SA at a store I only go to occasionally (but increasingly). He basically just offered me what they had in stock, but I got the feeling that it was better for me to say no, that I’m not just there for a bag...and I wasn’t. DS1 now has a girlfriend who lives an hour away from me so I frequently find myself with time to kill at a fabulous location.

I had wanted 25s for a very long time (6, 7 years???) so yes, but I guess I’m getting to the point where I need to see my end game - what else do I really need? I have had 30s previously and I realize that I do really need one, maybe two (if the B was GHW I would have been all over it). I just got fried from having to carry bigger bags when DSs were little. Still, 25 is my favorite.
The SO was offered to me.
Finally went to see that famous B25 in Rouge Pivoine. I didn't like it. The colour was pale, but what really put me down was the size. Just not my cup of tea, cute but unpractical for me. The SM offered me then instead three more B30: Blue Nuit, Blue Brighton and a chocolate brown. Declined all of them.
