Oh the necklace was a phone order to the Vegas boutique and a week later I got a thank you note. With my first order, after a week, they sent out a Cartier book.

I have purchased from the Wynn in Las Vegas, SA is Jacquelline. She is terrific. We always receive thank you notes and holiday cards along with nice hard cover books. In store, we receive perfume samples too. Never champagne. But I could care less, as I don't drink anyway.

I think it's also who you know. My bf got me a trinity cord bracelet, the least expensive piece of jewellery they sell (not that I don't absolutely love it), and he ended up with a bottle of champagne, a box of note cards, and extra replacement cords of every color. His SA was his ex-gf's husband.

You should expect good service from a Cartier SA. That said, the perks you receive depends on your relationship with the SA and not something that one should always expect. I work with a few SA's from different boutiques and have received various things like chocolates for Valentine's Day, books, champagne to invitations to Cartier cocktail parties.

The Service in Hamburg / Germany is always perfect!
Our SA is so cute. She offers always Champagne or water no matter if we buy something or not. When I carry stuff around she always asks if I want a big Cartier bag for everything to carry around 'in style'.
I can highly recommand the store to everyone living or staying in Hamburg :)

my husband didn't get any champagne until the 3rd purchase. We didn't even know they did that so it was a nice surprise. Like when chanel sent a bottle of coco mademoiselle perfume for buying a gst. again nice little detail on their part.

I visited the Vancouver, BC location and the SA and Assistant manager were both extremely helpful. There were 3 other customers in the store at the same time and yet they gave such individual attention to each customer and made for a very pleasant experience.

Hello,

I was at Cartier (Hawaii - Ala Moana location) the other day trying on the Juste Un Clou in YG just deciding the size to get. I had an appointment set up and the SA offered me a drink but did not say champagne, and when I asked she told me they don't have any. I am confused because they make their own champagne and it is Cartier after all. I've seen pictures on Instragram of people always getting champagne service and even free bottles after a purchase. What do newlyweds drink when they show up? Does she not think I'm going to buy or am not serious? I set up an appointment...

I told her I'm going to buy on Saturday and I told her that I was hoping to try a glass (at least) as I am not someone who can buy these things on a regular basis (not to mention the store looks AWFUL - deep scratches all over the glass, broken A/C, and extremely loud noise from the construction next door). She told me something like she would ask her manager or something to provide one. What the hell does that mean? You would assume their service would be to the max but instead I felt it was rather lukewarm and not the most genuine. Maybe I should just go to the Waikiki location.

Could this be true that they don't have it? It's not just about the champagne but I feel like she lied to me. Not to mention I'm spending over $7,000. That's what I'm not liking about this.

So glad you went somewhere else and got the experience you desired and deserved. Hope you enjoy the bracelet and champagne in the best of health! ;) There is NOTHING wrong with wanting the total experience!

I don't understand how serving champagne has anything to do with purchasing an item or the overall service. Some stores serve based on the relationship of the client with the brand and SA. Also some stores are very limited in bottles and can only gift based on certain situations. I don't understand why people base their buying option on free gifts and services :(

I don't understand this either. It wouldn't influence my purchase of jewellery, handbags, cars or anything else. I believe an SA can offer good service without necessarily offering anything for free. One of my very favourite SAs has never offered me champagne yet it doesn't change my opinion of them.

I'm so glad you agree [emoji12] I thought I was being too mean.
