My boutique doesn't offer unless it's s special occasion. I asked and my SA asked the manager and apparently they said no but sent out some chocolates.

maybe they didnt want to give you champagne because you were acting so entitled? i have been to my local cartier to buy a plain trinity ring and was offered champagne, i went to try something on (not buy) and was also offered champagne. it was a nice surprise, but i said no thanks both times. like... its not a big thing and just because you're deciding to spend x amount in a shop doesnt mean you should get xy and z in return.

When I bought my love bracelet last year at the Madison Ave store I was offered water, no champagne, but when I bought my love ring last week at the boutique inside Saks on 5th Ave I was brought both espresso and two glasses of champagne! It was a nice treat but clearly not related to the size of the purchase (at least in my experience)

I bought my love bracelet last month. My husband and I were both offered bottled water. The service was excellent and I felt like a valued customer. I wasn't even aware they offer champagne.

Just buy it online! They send samples of perfumes and you can always call them. I bought my love bracelet and my watch online. Got samples of perfumes and cleaning kit for the watch. Last month ordered a necklace and got a travel pouch. I wouldn't go to that store. She has an attitude and can spit in your champagne. Just saying...

Oh the necklace was a phone order to the Vegas boutique and a week later I got a thank you note. With my first order, after a week, they sent out a Cartier book.
