Can't you get her phone number and call her to explain? I thought you could get that info if you have a transaction with that seller. I'm sure she will unblock you when she sees it was just a misunderstanding.

She rarely answers emails.......at least AFTER you win an item. She sold me a BNWT Balenciaga bag that was supposedly spotless and totally pristine that was used and totally disgusting when it arrived......I had to file a SNAD through Paypal and then miraculously she started answering her email

It was the strangest thing ever.....I was the winner of a BNWT 05 AG Bbag and it was double retail which was fine because it was BNWT and my HG. She promised me up and down it was brand new, had never ever been carried once, etc. She was lightning fast with emails prior to me winning the bag then after I won it I asked her for the tracking info repeatedly and it was like she fell of the face of the earth. I contacted her through her email and her ebay account......heard nothing.

I figured I would just wait for the bag. It finally arrived and it was WAY used....like warmed dirty handles, BROKEN tassels, dirty corners, stains on the bottom, HAIR in it :wtf: and the dustbag was five times the size it should have been for that bag AND the dustbag was even dirty and had gross hair all over it.

I emailed her over and over and she would not respond at all for days. So, I filed a Paypal SNAD and she literally called me within TEN minutes because apparently they block your selling when something is in dispute :confused1: so that got her attention apparently.

We spoke and she agreed to refund me my money and I droppped the claim, end of story. I will never ever buy from her again.

I'm shocked too! Do you all remember the full-color brochure that eBay sent out a few months ago relating all the site changes? It had a seller on the front of the brochure who, I suppose, typified the ideal seller. That was Linda. At that time her numbers were off the charts and she still had a 100% fb rating. I have noticed that she no longer has that rating. I had put it down to what we all face as sellers on eBay now, but apparently I was a bit hasty in reaching that conclusion. My own buying experiences with her have been perfect transactions. But I am so sorry to hear of anyone having such a horrible experience. Ugh - HAIR????? How gross!!! That would be way too much to deal with when buying anything, but when you are spending major $$$ on a wonderful handbag, there is absolutely no excuse. :wtf:

^^I even left her positive FB too ONLY because it was at least not a fake bag and I did not want her to leave retalitory FB on me for leaving her negative. This was obviously before the FB changes......I definitely would have left her at least neutral for my hideous transaction if I did not have fear of bad retalitory FB. However, at least she did give me my money back and returned even my shipping charges.

The thing that bothered me most was that she did not answer one of my numerous emails regarding the bag UNTIL I filed a Paypal dispute....then she contacted me within minutes on the PHONE because it was affecting her business as a seller to have an active dispute.

Kristie, that would bother me too. Alot. I feel as if a seller more or less is putting up a front until they have my money when they act that way. I sell too, and I would never do that to my buyers. If I get an email, I respond. Admittedly, she sells much, much more than I ever will, but she owes that success to her buyers. I'm really sorry you had such an awful experience. And I'm sorry you weren't able to leave the fb that you felt (and I agree) was deserved. Did you ever find your wonderful bag again?

^^No, I never found another BNWT AG Bbag (not that hers was BNWT either) so I "settled":graucho: for an 05 BNWT Magenta City from a great gal that was HONEST ;)

I just googled her because I couldn't find her on eBay. Looks like some people have issues. This is clearly some disgruntled person, no idea what the truth is behind it. :confused1:

Linda's Stuff is an all around terribly ran and opperated company. The owners are previous lawyers and know all of the loop holes in the system and take full advantage. Linda Lightman is very condesending to all of her employees and uses profane language on a regular basis. Her house is totally an unsafe working environment with mold spore in the air vents, use of chemicals w/o proper venhalation or protection, and an untrained dog that growls and bites if any food is within smelling distance.

Not only do they evade taxes on there multi-million dollar company, Linda and Fred acusse their employees of stealing, don't compensate for travel expense which they call 'favors' and when I took a 15 minute lunch break was yelled at for taking too long.

My car was damaged in the driveway due to overgrowth and on the same day Fred told myself and another employee that a 3 year old could do a better job than us. We are constantly blamed for things we didn't do.

This is a hazardous environment where 14 'employees,' 2 owners, 2 children, and an untrained dog co-exist in a 3000 sq foot home with merchandise thrown in no orderly fashion everyware. The improper disposal of batteries, lightbulbs, and carcinogenic chemicals happen on a daily basis.

Black market items are sold on this website: Tiger, pony, kid (baby goat) furs, carved elephant tusks, and fake designer bags are all up on the website. I would never send anything to be sold through them. Furs, clothes, coats, shoes are all thrown in bins unfolded. Jewelry and collectibles are sent out broken and fake. Linda's stuff is all around bad news! After all of this and more, I along with another employee, were told we didn't have enough 'heart' for the job. Stay away!

Wow, I would say an extremely disgruntled employee! I do know in the pictures of Linda's operation which were in the brochure, there was quite a jumble of stuff. A fur coat, designer handbags, shoes, etc. I didn't know if they were posed that way or what. I have never bought a designer bag from her. I have considered it though, and felt that she was an honest seller. As I say, my own dealings with her have been perfect. But when I hear a horror story like Kristie's, it makes me wonder. And I also wonder why she would block the OP and not return emails. She offers a shipping discount, and that was all that was wanted. Who knows? She has always been very nice to me, but I have never requested anything of her, either. Just win, pay, leave positive feedback.

Kristie: You certainly did end up with a gorgeous bag! I'm glad about that. Anticipating something so much and having it turn out so badly is something I have experienced too. And it s*cked! Awful feeling.....

I've had great dealings with linda. I once purchased a top from her- there was a small stain on it and I emailed her for a 10 dollar discount (for dry cleaning). She was very professional, apologized profusely and sent me back 10 bucks. She was really nice!
