Seller: Linda's Stuff discussion..

I have read several threads on that store in this forum (I always search here before making a purchase).
I would steer clear, but since you have already purchased the item and paid for it, I wish you luck & hope it turns out great for you! Maybe the seller has cleaned up their issues? You never know...

great im feeling a little better. how many people run the store/site i wonder.

A LOT! They have a number of employees, but it is still tough for them bc they have auto listers, and some things get listed twice. So that is why you get the "out of stock" problem.

I consign to Linda's stuff, and they take forever to list your stuff, but it is worth it not to have to deal with eBay! (I do notice they do not notice every flaw on an item bc sometimes I email them to show them bc I don't want it to be returned either!)

Oh, and returns are not a problem, they take back anything within 7 days.

Yes ^^^^ and I have consigned with them, too. The reason they have so many items is that they relist an item till it sells, and I mean up to a year or more. It is amazing.Just the problems of a big merchant with some less-than-dedicated employees but they will make it right if you tell them about it.

good hope fully the issues they were having with not having item they sold or sending incorrect item have been resolved.

In addition, there are many complaints about condition being overstated and mistakes in the listings because they don't know the brand well enough--for example, for their Hermes items incorrectly stating the type of leather.

I have bought 1 thing from them and I actually picked it up from them personally because the office are about 20 minutes from my house so instead of paying the shipping, I drove over there.

The items was as described. The place was full of people working and stuff I guess to be listed or to list! From what I saw, I can understand why it takes a long time to post the items for sale :) The person I dealt with was very friendly.

Only once have I considered purchasing from Linda's Stuff. And I ended up deciding against it because I felt they were asking WAY too much for their item and they weren't negotiable at all on the asking price. A month or two later I notice the same exact item still for sale, after I had already purchased what I wanted from someone else at a more reasonable price. Just my personal experience...

^ thanks ladies. it is a coach. it shipped yesterday should get it monday. i sure hope it goes good. i just had a bag i was hoping for get here and had color transfer all over the bottom....and was supposed to be in excellent condition. it is patent leather so its ruined.

I have purchased from them ALOT, everything from Piazza Sempione suits, to CHANEL clothing, to Hermes scarves, to Hermes bracelets. Never had a problem, I just look very closely at the photos....
