Seller claims bag is fake because it doesn't match her friends....

^^ that's what *I'm* saying!!! .... I got this email on my BB the second I woke up monday morning.. I was NOT a happy camper. Especially when I go through lengths to make sure everything I sell is always packaged nicely, sent out promptly, photographed well and described with everything disclosed.

It even has the poly bag with Banana republic printed on it! Ugh! I just hope I am worrying for nothing.

Yes, escalate it to a claim and it will automatically close the dispute all together. Then she will not be able to re-open it and poof! she's gone .

Ok, Update:

She finally admitted that the bag is real and thanked me for being so informative, but still wants a refund as its not the bag she thought she was buying.

Honestly... after the stress she's caused, I just want to tell her no. She can probably just resell it for the same amount.
