I am thinking that they may have run out of stock and possibly trying to locate the style you bought in one of the shops. I did experience this once with John Lewis. However, they did sent me an email informing me of the problem and I waited for about a week before it was sorted out.

I would suggest you wait until Friday and hopefully they will reply to one of your emails.

I've always found Selfridges to be quite good so this must be so annoying for you! Just to be sure, have you checked your junk email folder? My confirmation from Harrods ended up there for some reason despite having made previous purchases.

Selfridges are usually good on customer service LittleH, the delay is probably due to volume of sales from their 20% promotion. Very frustrating, but worth the wait.....look forward to your reveal
