The 20% discount is working. I purchased my Oak Effie Satchel with the code and also an Oak Cosmetic Lock Pouch earlier today online, if you go on Selfridges website its showing which bags are included in the discount offer, I know some Bayswater, Lily and Alexa's are :D

My Oak Effie Satchel arrived from Selfridges and it has a mark on it :( the leather has a scuff mark in a line and the plated clasp and mulberry plated label is all scratched. Gutted! Luckily I was planning on going into town to Christmas shop tomorrow so will take it in and hopefully swap it.

Been soooooooo naughty and just ordered Oak Lily for £396 with Selfridges discount (hope this bag arrives with no marks!) its such a classic bag and I figured I'd never get it for that price again and it will be perfect dress up or dress down little bag so excited about that (although my bank won't be!)

Hi, just in case it's any use to anybody John Lewis are doing a price match so if something is sold out on Selfridges online its worth trying J. Lewis ! Having said that though there isn't much choice in mulberry on J Lewis online as a lot of the bags that are included have sold out ! I've just ordered a snake print continental purse though and there's plenty of those left !
Really hope you get your Effie sorted Shopaholic - how disappointing :(

Thanks me too, i was all excited when the parcel arrived and then gutted when i saw the bag, it still has all their Selfridges tags on so hopefully they will let me swap but i'll definitely inspect the bag at the counter xx

Oh no :-( my fuchsia effie in June was really bad from mulberry house of Fraser. It went right back! :-(

Because mulberry is made of pure leather, it can easily get marks from the way it has been stored or stacked up. The salespersons in selfridges are very friendly and helpful I'm sure they will replace it. Goodluck and enjoy!

I popped in Selfridges today and noticed that only a couple of M bags and accessories have been included in the 20% sale, loads less than I saw online on Wednesday.
The SA told me that many customers complained in store as there were more bargains online. Apparently this was an computer error and most bags that were reduced are now again on full price like Bays,tote,lily etc...
If you were early, you got a bargain! I am not sure when exactly they changed the website, I think they only noticed it on Friday....

Yes, I saw online that lots of bags had been pulled from the promotion! I expect they had to stop selling them with the discount when Mulberry saw it! Oops! I'm glad I got my order in early:smile1:

Just had an email to say Selfridges has the new season stock available - reds bags!! They are in stock on their website - Noticed on the M.com its still on the coming soon section though - not sure why Selfridges have them first?
