Of course not! I just meant that sometimes it's hard to tell if something is the real deal or not these days, and I speak for myself, I'm not even close to being an expert on these things, so have a re-donation pile of items that turned out to be meh or I can't find a way to confirm. I lightheartedly suggested a forum to display those items for fun.
I didn't realize GW had mistakenly marked the bag faux. sorry.

I assumed she posted because the store was wrong about it being faux. No one here is encouraging anyone to buy fakes.
Absolutely! Thank you for defending me, Whateve! This is the second Burberry they have marked as "fake" within the last two months.

Everything I post here is authentic. I take pride in my ability to recognize and identify authentic items.

Truth be told I'm feeling kind of attacked.

To clarify once and for all: from the beginning, I have openly and repeatedly stated my admiration for everyone's knowledge of items, especially Sakura and bags, as I am a novice and only go by gut instinct.

As for the "faux" comment - I thought (perhaps misunderstood) that she was simply commenting/cautioning on how many "faux" bags there are. I honestly didn't think much more than that.

As for "feeling attacked", I can say that there have been quite a few times I've had low key sarcastic comments thrown my way by a few individuals and Sakura hasn't "liked" any of my posts, although i have always supported her finds. It's one of the reasons why I had to step away for a while instead of calling it out. This forum shouldn't be so complicated.

Enjoy your thrifting treasures. :flowers:

PFF's, had good day thrifting. I found a Jay Strongwater perfume bottle for $25 and Chanel sunglasses for $20.
I love that perfume bottle. I have a small collection of perfume bottles but stopped adding to it a long time ago. The price you paid for the sunglasses makes me feel a little sick about the price I paid for glasses I bought from the Chanel boutique.
