Scarf of the day - which scarf are you wearing today?

Your collection is amazing. I've always admired Les Normands for its theme. If you or eliwon have an action shot, I'd love to see how it ties. The design in rather large, isn't it?

The Les Normands was a Grail for me because of its theme and visiting the Bayeux tapestry a longstanding dream come through - so of course it required a special scarf
The motive isn't particularly large so it is fairly easy to knot it and show interesting details. Afraid I don't do pictures, but hopefully Croisette will step up, as she is so experienced at doing this

I don't know eliwon, being a natural fabric I think H scarves would blend in quite nicely with the natural landscape....any excuse to wear one really!! 😁😁 I haven't been to Orkney but must one day as that is where my husband's family came from a few centuries ago. I believe that back in the 1600s they were what was called the baillies of the island (quite a responsible position).

I have wild camped on the coast on the very northern tip of Scotland....quite spectacular (see photo). Yes, I had also read that Johnstons make H cashmere. Their stuff is really good quality ; they have a great sale online end Dec/start Jan when I tend to get my stuff about half - price (about £200 per jumper, pure cashmere). I am a bit of a cashmere/silk/tweed fan, I am afraid!

What a wonderful picture - thank you for sharing, the info about Johnstons as well, will definitely look that up! Sharing your weakness for all those materials - Harris tweed holding a special place in my heart. Visited Harris a couple of years ago and was lucky enough to buy a few meters of the tweed there to make a coat and a skirt, still not decided on what style of coat though

Cosmos mousse gavroche tied a couple of different ways. I think one is a chou chou and the other is MaiTai's flower knot. I wore the flower for awhile then switched over to the chou chou to see how it looked.

Today my Scarf is a Silk scarf from Afghanistan which i got from a woman who made it herself... Never saw this quality before...
It's a grey/blue.
And Iam on the way to the Operette in Budapest!

I have no Ledoux [emoji22]. But if you'll allow me one more flowery scarf for last week, Mai Tai inspired me to bring out my own Fantassies Indiennes today. I have another waterfall necklace coming in hot pink/raisin and can't wait to wear it with this lovely one. Which btw, was my very first H silk.
