Okay so I have a lot of blues in my collection haha. These are archive pics that some of you have seen before but I always like sharing in case there are newbies on the board.

28 May 2017 TILE AND INLAY PATTERNS: designs made to look like pieces of stone or glass

This week come and flaunt your style:
Wear a scarf that shows some tile.
Take some selfies, pose with sass
In a scarf that shows stained glass.
If you’d gain the fashion throne
Wear a scarf with inlaid stone.
Within this theme we know that you
Can find designs both old or new!

And my grailiest of grails, Les Auriges (Mosaique) by Hugo Grygkar 1955View attachment 3713100

What an absolute feast for the eyes! All so lovely! And the Provence and the way you tied it. I had a new grail there!

Incredibly beautiful. I would love to see this IRL. Lucky you to own such a wonder. [emoji7]
Dear Pautinka, thank you for your lovely compliment!! "Wonder" is a good word to describe this scarf... Each time I look at it, the colours and glow amazes me again...

What an unusual and lovely scarf
Thank you, dear eliwon!! :flowers:

That's lovely Sammy! How easy is the taffeta to work with?
Dear bunnycat, thank you so much! It is very easy to wear. Just throw it on and off you go! The material is very light, so the small silver ornaments are not just cute but also useful to keep the ends down and in place.

Unique piece, congratulations, I'm so pleased for you
Thank you so very much, dear papertiger!! :hbeat:

Thanks, eliwon -- here's another view of Les Auriges tied to show horses' heads at the neck. It's so old that it's buttery soft, but I dare not take a chance on washing it. I'm afraid the dark colors might run, even with a color catcher in cold water

That is indeed very kind of you, it is absolutely lovely!! I fear another hunt coming along - just as I passed the finishing line with my HG Les Grottes Lascaux - thanks a lot for taking time and effort with this picture - first time seeing it tied :-)

ABQ2ATL, your poems are a peak experience of the theme weeks!

Was, unfortunately, very busy these last few weeks - and this thread is just soo fast... :girlsigh: However, this week's theme is brilliant and I enjoyed all your turquoise beauties tremendously! At the last moment I would like to share my latest new to me turquoise scarf: Pani La Shar Pawnee pointu in Madras silk taffeta with tiny silver stearup and horseshoe at the ends (the second pic show the amazing colours of this pointu quite well):

Spectacular, dear Sammy!! :hbeat::wave:

Thought I would post some inspiration from Rome. These are both from the Borghese gallery which we visited yesterday.
The second is such an amazing micro-mosaic. You had to get close to see that it was not a painting!
Later I will post some of my scarves!View attachment 3713340 View attachment 3713341

Twins on the Les Cles CSGM, Croisette! I live seeing all of your unusual beauties...and of course the bracelets!!

I have rather recently fallen back in love with aqua/turquoise - such a cheerful color!!
Thank you Luvbolide for your nice compliment! Lovely to be your twin!

Truly an amazing design and such a beautiful cw
papertiger, many thanks!

Omg. Croisette, that is my favorite Pierres cw! I am constantly asking my BFF to trade with me for it.

AQ2ATL, this is beautiful. Love Kuna Peuple de Panama. Sad I missed this one several times from resellers because I hesitated.
Thank you Sickgrl, I hope you will find one for yourself!

Thank you so much, my dear friend!! :hugs: Could I convince you just a little bit in the end...? ;)

Dear Croisette, you posted such treasures again this week - but this is just my fav one!! It is beyond gorgeous...
Sammy, thank you! Yes, I'm convinced, I didn't notice these cute little charms before.
