Hermès loves colors, so they say,
But I’ve seen scarves in shades of gray…
Or beige, or bone, or taupe, or stone;
Neutrals come in every tone.
To me they’re mostly shades of pales,
And some declare them Holy Grails.
This week when you come out to play
Put on a neutral colorway.
If you have none, then leave your home
In a scarf that’s merely monochrome—
Or maybe try a contrast top
And make a plainer carré pop!

Pretty sad stuff from me this week -- although I am a self-styled Queen of Neutral Tops, I'm just not happy in neutral scarves.
