Last fishie contribution - Bateau Fleuri. I hardly ever wear this one, think I am scared the white edging will get grubby. Has anyone else framed this design? - am thinking of doing this.

BTW, I was up in London this week and dragged my friend into the Hermès store on New Bond St, just for a look. I have to say, did not think they had a great selection in the 90s, for example they only had 2 colourways in Samourai, but what a stunning design.....

Finally! I've been waiting for someone to post the beauty of Burma and OF COURSE the fabulous Croisette did not disappoint! Such a fabulous design [although I admit I am biased towards any scarf having to do with the Orient or Dmitri R! haha]

This is lovely and would look fabulous framed!! My mum got me the gavroche for Xmas a couple years ago and I thought about framing it but I really like wearing it haha.

Btw, I do think the Bond St store is the most unfriendly H store I've ever been to and the selection seems to leave something to be desired. The Harrod's location has much nicer staff imo.

Detail from Jardin de Leila. Water lily pond...

Thanks! And I had a very unfriendly interaction at Bond st also. Maybe they just don't like Americans!

Great cw for Charmes des Plages Croisette!
Thank you textilegirl!

Off topic, but I'd have to disagree (partially) with you here Bostonjetset. I've always found the SAs in NBS extremely pleasant and helpful. My experience yesterday in the new Sloane St store (see the Shopping in London section for more details) will not help change my mind. But you are definitely correct as far as selection is concerned. Overall, it is rather poor in all the London stores, including the new one on Sloane St. And that's not just with scarves...
