Yesterday I wore one of my favourite 70cm silks , Chaines et Gourmettes [/B
Not sure who designed this one , Seton?

And Bibi loves it too , she's 22 now and extremely demanding of constant food and attention.

Sooo many beautiful Gems... so little time to comment!!!!
all of you are looking gorgeous!

my jewelry contribute today - Perles du Kenya (Kenyan Pearls)
I am cheating a little by showing it with an Eithiopian pendant since Kenyan jewelry is a little OTT IRL, but hey! At least I am keeping it to east Africa region!
This just made me gaspt! Seton, im speachles!

Mod shot of ACdV purchased yesterday. I still might get the yellow tho...
Congrats Paula! this CW was one of my runner ups... this design is so dangerous!
Laday B! congrats to you too on your new yellow ACdV!

lanit, D Lee, I love your jewels! dog collars and belts definitively count as jewels.
Did you know that collar and necklace both translate as collier?

Pegase, your plissé looks great on you. Surprisingly, it’s not that different from all the « chèche » men around here are wearing…

seton, I’ll have to replicate the look you create with l’or des chefs, the cardigan and the necklace.

Melora24 I hadnt quite noticed, but you are toally right!!! :smile1:

Pegase never thought that plisse would look so great on a man;) Love the cw.
Tell me about it crazyboutshoes! neither would`ve I!

Some archive contributions. I parted with two of these scarves and am lamenting it a bit.

Pegase, WOW! This is super on you and the way you wear it with your jacket and the little beads of pink is perfection.
Thank you Dear Maedi! dont be too sad about those "partings"... you can fill the "gaps" with lovely new silks, like your new 140 Dip Dye! thos colors look so lovely on you!!!

gotta run now...
sparkle, Lanit looking mighty fine!!!
Anfang: Still have not have time to take some pictures ... hopefully on the WE!

Sparkle, Maedi, Rosamonde, Chestnut, Eagle1002, lanit, Pegase - TY for the Kenyan love :smile1:

Looks like I cant top that so I wont even try. I'll just show some antique Tibetan gau next to La Femme for today's jewelry contribute then.

WOW! seton, this is such a striking ensemble! The colors are so rich and the design looks like a photograph!! What amazing details! The colors look so beautiful swirled around your neck! You glow, my friend!!! As a former history teacher, I would give you extra credit for the Ethiopian necklace paired with the Kenyan scarf. After all, both countries are practically next door to each other and are on the same continent! This pairing is a winner in my book!!!!

TY, I am so glad that I dont suck too much at geography. Whew. :D
I know that u are a big Dmitri R fan. I personally think this is the most beautiful design he has ever did, altho I have a personal fondness for Prayers in the Wind. You can see some of the realism in my pic but it is even more magnifique in person.

When it came out, there was no artist attribution since it is a photograph. Glad to see this look on you and Bibi. Love your Lisse trim too. :smile1:

Great jewel sharing everyone!

Possibly my brightest piece of silk and a big one at that yet somehow it works for me, a neutral lover. Pique Fleuri de Provence GM cashmere.

22! :nuts:You are an amazing cat mom and yep, you both rock the rouge silk.

Great jewel sharing everyone!

You look amazing in this Ms P - I love it on you. Yes, a real departure from our neutral queen. Now rethinking this colorway and design. I think I would love PF in a mousseline 140!

Seton has got me thinking of my most valuable heirloom. Love that detail on La Femme - the corners make me swoon. And your heirloom pieces! Priceless and beautiful.

Here is Licorne with my pop's Navajo turquoise concho belt that was handed down to me. H really loves to show off jewels and ornamentation like no other brand in their shawls.

Dear Ms Piggy

I started following this string because I saw a photo of the Pique Fleuri de Provence in this CW and immediately fell in love...i was by the way studying Hermes website because i also love the Garden Party tote...I am so happy to see your picture of the two together...I am thinking these will be my first Hermes purchase....for myself. so far i have only purchased silks as gifts...but now i think I am going to become an H collector.

do you find it hard to wear since it is large and square?

I am also a neutral (black, gray taupe) person...

it was so great to see your photos today.:smile1:

thank you again

Lanit,
that colorway of Licorne is to die for!!! Beautiful photos.

Kind of short on jewel-toned gems here; they tend to be a bit beyond my ability to adapt to menswear (or bravery to do so). Mechanics du Temps today, which I am certain is in one of the precious stone colors. Ladies, name that stone!

John, DFW

Love this combo of mixed blues. You've totally changed the vibe of your Licorne .
