Ladybaga: You cutie patootie! I would love to wear a uniform every day and just change up shoes, bag, jewelry and scarf. Done. Oh wait....I do this all the time. I wonder who notices?
Maedi: I am a silver cleaning freak and wipe down my Chain d'Ancre all the time with the silver cleaning cloths you can buy most anywhere. I buy a dozen at a time.
Melora24: you have certainly figured it out by now that Silkies make up their own rules all the time--jewel tones? Whatever you want. Your short blunt knot is cool. Clean and neat.
Paula24jen: Terrific look. I have not done the knot at end of scarf but I bet that keeps it in place better, huh?
Rosamonde: adore your puffy cloud around the neck look. Fabulous!!

It did help but only a little and by lunchtime I was fed up of readjusting it so swapped for friendship knot....

Dear Lanit You look adorable in this outfit ,the lovely scarf alone with the gorgeous Breton top looks perfect . The addition of the new Evelyne is genius , how the splash of red enhances the whole .

Anyway, here is "Vie du fleuve" folded in a slim line to show the women and their jewelry. It would probably work knotted as a really short tie like I showed yesterday, but half would be hidden

My Chasse De Indie is jewel toned but I posted it on "Critter" week so wanted to post a different one. This scarf doesn't have jewels but it's jewel toned and one of my favorites...

Blue and orange are divine together IMO , I love wearing those colours together.
That scarf looks like one you will wear a lot.

Agreed, Seton--La Vie a Cheval is a very underrated scarf--one of my faves!

Thanks to all of you ladies who liked the ring-necklace tie. Yes, I have a collection of different rings in several materials--woods, resin, acrylic, metals. Even rings meant for the fingers can work. And of course the H rings are very elegant.

I loved the way you tied this, Seton, b/c it avoids having the tribal peoples around in a circle. This is a really neat, unusual cw, too. Oh, and the necklace is really great (this HS also suggests a broad beaded Cleopatra/tribal style collar could be worn as well. I guess you'd have to tie the scarf cowboy style that way).
