I LOVE this Dallet, florasun! The perspective is incredible, ending in the final mustang, jumping off the dorner of the scarf. I've never seen it in the CW before... only in lighter backgrounds... this is a real "rodeo" color! It makes the mustangs stand out beautifully.

(Now I have the theme to the old TV show "Rawhide" stuck in my head, and I can't get it out!)

You are lucky to have these - they are beautiful! I really like the pale green, well both actually! I love all the wildlife depictions. It has been an interesting week learning about Dallet and his art. I'm glad that Hermes keeps reissuing his designs so maybe I can be lucky enough to nab another one.

Great! now I have it stuck in MY head, LOL! :p

P.S. I totally agree with you about the color - it reminds me of a cowboy's red bandana, and seems to fit somehow.

They are gorgeous, kitty! I can definitely understand why you'd want to own two. The detail work in the birds, beasts, trees, and flowers is unbelievable.

You know, you're exactly right! I knew it made me think of something, but I couldn't think what it was. They say travel broadens the mind, but in my case, I think my brain shrunk! Perhaps to match my shrunken wallet?:p

Sorry about "Rawhide"... when a song gets stuck in your head, they call it an "earworm." The only way to get it out is to replace it with a different song, but then you're "saddled" (ugh... pardon the pun) with a new earworm, so I've never seen the sense in that.

Thank you! Actually I own two because one is silk GM and other is mousseline. I also appreciate the details very much. That's exactly what drew me to the design.

Even though I am supposed to be on Ban Island for the forseeable future, I did not hesitate for one nanosecond before saying "I'll take it!" And I refuse to have one iota of remorse. I guess am a hardened, repeat offending, ban breaker. :sweatdrop: (I think I am twins again with Scarf1, and maybe Lanit? I just think of these cool blues and greens as her colors!)

Thank you CBL! Speaking of western themed scarves, there is one with cow-girls that we need to look for too. If anybody has one, please post a pic! Or if you know the year and artist please post.
