Hmmmm.... I guess you're right. Daimyo was sort of an early birthday present.

But, you see (are you ready for the rationalization?) Daimyo was a scarf birthday present. What I just bought is my jewelry birthday present.

Croisette, LeDoux is my favorite artist as well. You have wonderful color ways for Jumping, Cosmos and Les Robes. Twins on the green Jumping even though I like your blue one more. Thanks for these educational and beautiful posts.

Thank you Maedi. Yes, my Cosmos cw is unusual and rare, mostly it is in navy blue or bordeaux.

I think this is my only Ledoux, but it's a favorite in my drawer: a PM cashmere L'Hiver en Poste from back in the (IMO) good old days of the rolled hem. This one ties so beautifully. I think my favorite part is the tiny little white polka-dots of snow falling at the top border.
