It's a gorgeous scarf, frou frou. The bee jacquard is amazing, and all your knots look so pretty. What is the first one? Did you invent it?I forgot how much I like Napoleon the bees and the vignettes are gorgeous .
My most orange orange scarf.
Rushed for a lipstick for the cowboy shot!
Charmante!Pink Promenade de Longchamps little Miss Muffet style
Wonderful CW, bova, and I really like it in the 70cm size. I may need to try one of those, some day!My contribution for this week: Promenades de Paris, 70cm format. New to me this fall and my first 70cm carre![]()

Thank you ElainePG...this is my first foray into 70cm territory and I like it very much, plus the vintage silk drapes so softly. I think you will really enjoy this format when you are ready to take the plunge!Wonderful CW, bova, and I really like it in the 70cm size. I may need to try one of those, some day!![]()
I am jealous ElainePG! This is beautiful. I am consistently tempted to purchase this design. I think you can definitely style with neutrals, especially grey to highlight the grey portions of the scarf. Even what looks like a small amount of blue in the scarf would be a fun way to draw the eye away from the green/red look. I have to say that after seeing froufrou's photo with her Napoleon scarf, that even though her's has red and green I believe, it does not look "Christmas-y". So enjoy and have fun with such a great design!!I do not have a scarf to show, but I want to report that I have just purchased a Napoleon 90cm (authenticated, of course, by our wonderful marietouchet!). My very first Ledoux, and jacquard as well. How could I resist?
I grabbed the picture from the seller's site, just to show you the CW. It's a bit on the "Christmas-y" side, but the price was simply too good to pass up. Hopefully, since I generally wear neutral colors, it won't be too loud. Does anyone else have this CW? Any hints on how I might wear it in months other than December?:giggles:
Frou frou - Your lippie is so pretty on you! AND the scarf! Wowza!I forgot how much I like Napoleon the bees and the vignettes are gorgeous .

My blue fellow scarfie!!!!!!!!!!! This is such a beautiful icy blue! Fits the scarf theme perfectly!I think this is my only Ledoux, but it's a favorite in my drawer: a PM cashmere L'Hiver en Poste from back in the (IMO) good old days of the rolled hem. This one ties so beautifully. I think my favorite part is the tiny little white polka-dots of snow falling at the top border.
ElainePG - This scarf and this striped top is a match made in heaven! One of the best scarves on you I have seen.My only other "water" scarf, besides En Course, but quite dear to me: La Mare aux Canards. This was my very first Hermès carré, purchased in Harrods when DH and I were vacationing in London.
I am amazed, Florasun! The knot with that ring is so pretty! Accentuated your neckline very well.Picked out a birthday scarf today. I was inspired by Scarf1 - but unfortunately our store did not have Ballet Aquatique in the beautiful pink and blue colorway. I did find this one in juane, vert d'eau, vert. Normally I don't do yellow, so this is quite a departure for me. Modeling with a very old scarf ring.

Metamorphoses par H - anybody have any idea about what would be my cw? Normally, I would buy 3 of the cws but dont have the space anymore. I was thinking the white/black but it really is very silvery. I am strangely (for me) paralyzed with indecision.
Sparkle - that Pavois is YOUR cw and the way u tied is one of my favorite ways to tie.
Florasun - Esmeralda looks lovely in her Robee Knot.
