We are on the same wavelength here. I am rummaging thru' my 70s for possible candidates. However, I may not ge able to achieve the quiet elegance of Anfang's, loving loud & bright scarves as I do!

I got it at FSH, in December 2013, my dear. I was not at all on it, but both Nico and arlv had ordered it and returned, and I was curious to have a look IRL. I told my SA this one could not work for me because of Balles de Golf but she insisted I had to try it on, and I was sold in one second. It is still available now. I did not browse US H.com, but you may find it on France H.com in "Carrés Exceptionnels". I love it to death!

I'm with you Anfang, I wouldn't consider that scarf just from the pics but it looks fabulous on you! Is it four scarves stitched together (doesn't look like it is) or single silk with four printed designs?

Me too - muted is not my style, I like bold colours. I do wonder though if i might get more use from understated rather than statement scarves?

Im joining the "Au Cour de la Vie" club in this thread ...
In the " Spring 2014..." Thread I had already posted CW 17...
This is CW 15 (with "mastix" as a ground color, a very light warm gray... The colors composition (and juxtaposition) from this particular CW, is so incredible. It achieves so much plasticity and depth... I am speechless each time I see it...

Now a few creatures that might object to being called critters: Phoenix from Mythiques Phoenix, dinosaurs, unicorn and Mayan Jaguar from Laboratoire du Temps

Beautiful scarves esp love the MP, both the recent colourways are stunning!

In addition, of course I won't miss out this Animal theme week! Here are my contributions:
Tigre Royal shawl. One of the only two shawls in naturel color in my collection. Naturel unfortunately doesn't complement my complexion well, but when mixed with blue, I may be able to work it out somehow. Sisters with Lisa! The palm leaves that I dislike, however is quite elegant in this fluid format, I think.

Now folks, I will be the first to admit that I live in my favorite T-shirts (partly because we are re-doing my closet and I can't find ANYTHING!) and I am also lazy. However if these horses can do it:

"Cuivreres" (thanks for the photo HSCI- I have it but too rainy to photograph today)

I am going to try to wear some this week. I would mos def wear "Cheval Surprise"

or one of my very favorite scarves, "Les Toits de Paris" (off to make popcorn, more tomorrow)

and watch "Foyle's War". Maybe the light will be better for photos tomorrow...

Cheval Surprise and Les Toits are my favs, hope they get reissued one day.

I don't understand why I wear these two scarves the most. Maybe it's because I like dark-coloured clothes & these two go well with them!

You rock them colours like no one, fab!

Finally - the blips of the computer were a bit nutty this morning. I think it is the flickering power lines. Here we go - finally my Licorne shawl came in yesterday. The Dresden blue look of this shawl sings so well to my love of white and denim. So glad I waited for this design to come out in a 140 GM. It was a tough choice between the Leila and this one, but the unicorns won out. Here with AF's signature critter too.

AnFang - I can always count on your being my silk cheerleader; hopefully you will have seen all the colorways of the Licorne shawl! I am guessing a ton more must be on their way to the US soon as the season is rapidly flying by.

Wow, this is just absolutely amazing on you, can't tear my eyes away!

Pegase - I too fell for this one - it came in after my yellow and turquoise one. I think I have fallen in love again with it. But are 3 ACdlV too many? Must have a neutral and a bright, don't you think? The Tigre looks amazing on you and I can see it must be a workhorse (cat) for you.

This morning camellias in the garden caught my eye, and I do wear this stole every morning while taking the pup out for his morning run. Collection Equestre was the first H cashmere stole and men's silk that I purchased. I think I share ogling the men's silks as much as Anfang and Pegase. Happy Spring and almost April Fool's Day.

It is, indeed, Jahna. And I agree, my SA pushed me over the edge with this one, and just after this, with this indigo Eperon d'Or which was even more pricey, go figure... This is why I'm so very banned now, without any regets, though

D Lee, I used to LOVE bright scarves when younger. Now I'm old, and bright colors don't suit my old lface anymore... Times are changing...

This one is truly a beauty, Pegase! I totally agree, if I had one to pick, this would be this one. But I wear my scarves, and with my white hair, I'm totally faded with it. So I had to pass, sigh...

lanit, thank you for this camellia flower! All my camellia trees have been ruined by the last storms, especially my white Cornish Snow I used to adore... I totally join you on men's silks, and Collection Equestre from men's dept especially is a killer! Great choice, once again, from your best cheerleader!

Mors et Gourmettes is a stunner, ms piggy. In jacquard twill b/w, it was my grandmother's all time fav. Being now old, I think she was right. I didn't even know this one was issued in jersey, I could grab it in a heartbeat if even this one crosses my road! Congrats!

Oh Anfang, my theory is that the older I get, the brighter the colors I like! Maybe this is compensation.I used to wear neutral colors when I was fresh out of college decades ago! Times are changing. I must wear bold colors to make people think I am younger!
