Stunning colours D Lee, I guess these will also qualify for jewel week coming soon... What are the design names please?I don't understand why I wear these two scarves the most. Maybe it's because I like dark-coloured clothes & these two go well with them!![]()
Thx Paula! The first one is la songe de la licorne cw14. The second one is Folklore cw1.Stunning colours D Lee, I guess these will also qualify for jewel week coming soon... What are the design names please?
Great critters, paula24jen!Mod shot 2
Thankk you my dear!Woot woot! You need to run in more often!
Anfang - Your l'instrus is gorgy! Don't we all love Jacquelot scarves!
Such a beauty, Lanit. I'm debating on the same two candidates because I love blue and white. But on the back of mind mind, I know I have too many white scarves. Any advice?
sophieg, great pics to end the theme's week! Thank you for sharing !!Well, that was enough critter hunting.... time to go back and hang out with my friend the monkey!
Ah, my dear Chestnutty, i remember you were torn between the blue and this one! I'm happy you finally grabbed this one too, you look perfect with it!Scarfies,
As you all knew I hunted a Jardin de Leila coffret back in January during my trip to FSH. I was seriously debating between the blue colorway and another colorway, ended up with the blue because I love the porcelain vibe. But with my hoarding habit, you know that ain't stay for long. With H, when in doubt, buy BOTH. So here's what I hunted down to complete my greed.
Jardin de Leila coffret with its matching scarf in cw 14 Blanc/Vert/Brun (which has a lot of hunter green and fungi green along with multitude of browns).
Some modeling pics:
I have recently discovered a new way to wear my 90cm in a shawl-like way. This has become my to-go knot on days that I am deceived by the sun and walk out of the house without being armed with cashmere, hah.
And again, great pics, Chestnutty! In addition, of course I won't miss out this Animal theme week! Here are my contributions:
Tigre Royal shawl. One of the only two shawls in naturel color in my collection. Naturel unfortunately doesn't complement my complexion well, but when mixed with blue, I may be able to work it out somehow. Sisters with Lisa! The palm leaves that I dislike, however is quite elegant in this fluid format, I think.
OK King of Jungle wants to stare at ya'll:
Finally I gave in to the Mythiques Phoenix as well.
and from my archive, its mini cousin pochette
I also posted more modeling pics off this gorgeous pochette here:

Thank you for sharing this, Jahna! I adore Les Toits de Paris! Hope your popcorn went well!Oh my, I don't want to leave "Critter" week... but... tomorrow is the beginning of the LAST week of this year:
30 March The Staples: Scarves that you wear the most often/workhorse scarves
Now folks, I will be the first to admit that I live in my favorite T-shirts (partly because we are re-doing my closet and I can't find ANYTHING!) and I am also lazy. However if these horses can do it:
"Cuivreres" (thanks for the photo HSCI- I have it but too rainy to photograph today)
I am going to try to wear some this week. I would mos def wear "Cheval Surprise"
or one of my very favorite scarves, "Les Toits de Paris" (off to make popcorn, more tomorrow)
and watch "Foyle's War". Maybe the light will be better for photos tomorrow...
Both are superb, D Lee, I can understand why they're your most worn!I don't understand why I wear these two scarves the most. Maybe it's because I like dark-coloured clothes & these two go well with them!![]()
This Patch is made of 4 70 sewn together to make a 140 square, Jahna. Reposting these archive pics for you :D Lee, You are a brave and beautiful soul to wear such brightness! Lovely on you.
Chestnutty, thanks for the tiger "peep"; a great use of detail.
Anfang, what is that scarf! It looks wonderful and we need a larger picture.
I have missed commenting on so many beautiful scarves that have flown by...
...and it is still raining!!! ...so, no photography today, AND no scarf wearing (in the rain).
I'll just see what all you post who are in sunnier climes. Starting to be very glad we have a boat! (Hmm. Maybe that movie "Noah" is out...)
Climbing the tree in L'Arbre de Vie... a peacock, a deer and... something feline, maybe?
I got it at FSH, in December 2013, my dear. I was not at all on it, but both Nico and arlv had ordered it and returned, and I was curious to have a look IRL. I told my SA this one could not work for me because of Balles de Golf but she insisted I had to try it on, and I was sold in one second. It is still available now. I did not browse US H.com, but you may find it on France H.com in "Carrés Exceptionnels". I love it to death!Oh Wow. That's extraordinary Anfang! Where/when did you get it? Is is still available?
Anfang, this is such a lovely, lovely scarf! It doesn't scream'look at me!' but it will NEVER go unnoticed. I believe this is called 'quiet elegance!' Such good taste! This Patch is made of 4 70 sewn together to make a 140 square, Jahna. Reposting these archive pics for you :
