Anfang, Maedi, Croisette7, Florasun - Thank you for your compliments!

Croisette7 - I love your Au Clair de la Lune and Les Amazones, such pretty greens.

Yes, scarf1 (my fellow blue scarfie :hugs:) and Florasun, it's Fleurs d'Indiennes.

I have the green Comedie Italienne, I believe it could have been from the first issue, based on the screen quality.

The green border of Coeur de la Vie is TDF, Seton!
Thank you so much Chestnutty, I'm glad you like both.

momasaurus, I own the Comedie in these 3 cw. They are purchased from ebay, expensive and not in good condition, but rare.
If you go hunting for that, IMO the best cw is a bright green one, extremely the last pic with the olive green curtain has a dark brown border, not green!

Dear,Croisette7,
I love this funny, but classical motief!
They are all fantastic!
Thank you for sharing!

Wow, so gorgeous on you katekluet!

This is not a low cut dress chestnut. But the scarf looks heavenly with it!

Thank you Maedi! So glad you are back, waving and hugs!

fabulous greens Croisette, I am stunned by the Bonsai bronze colored one. So unique and magnificent, do you happen to know the date of issue for it?
Thank you lanit. I have checked, it is from s/s 1991.

CanuckBagLover - Sweets, perhaps you should try shades of green that are not too yellow-based, I'd say some blue-based shade of green would be flattering to many skin tones I've seen.
My favorite shades of green are vert d'eau (springwater green - a fresh light green) and vert amande (almond green - a powdery sweet green).
Chestnutty,

thank you - that's a good suggestion!

Hello scarfies, I peek in here all the time but really must start making a concerted effort to participate-- I like the idea of letting the themes challenge me to evaluate and wear more of my scarf collection! Until this week I had no idea, for instance, that I had so many scarves that feature green-- if someone had asked me, I would have said I had very few. Turns out I've got all kinds of blue-greens, emerald greens, olive greens, lime greens... and this even leaves out a few pieces! :smile1:
