Thinking about "critter" week (starting Sunday...)

I'll see what I can round up tomorrow.. Of course the possibilities are endless. Going to have to search around for some less obvious lurkers...

Has been just a recipient of the wonderful shots on this site. Time to contribute. My only yellow scarf is actually a shawl but it is chilly and sunny today so allow me to show off Ceintures et Liens. With so much yellow, this is really a Spring/Summer shawl. I think I need a bag in Souffre !!

chkpfbeliever, you look great with this shawl! Pairing it with Soufre would be a perfect match!

Everyone looks FABULOUS in their scarves, shawls, and mousselines.
Here is another KO from me to you!
Kachinas shawl. The donkey photo bombed my pic! Hahaha!!!View attachment 2551153
Great Kachinas, Ladybaga, and such a funny background with this donkey! A beautiful Goyard, too! ;)

This is so interesting, Anfang. When I got my first H scarf they all seemed to have a white or off-white base and a border in light pink, pale blue, navy, hunter green, brown or red. I never saw bright H scarves until later. I am just like you with black scarves and don't own a single one.
I totally agree, Maedi! My first scarves mainly had white/off white background, and a plain colored border. That was in the 60s! And I'm glad to hear I'm not alone on the no-black-scarves thing! :D

I have to dig my boxes too... I'll do the job tomorrow!:D

Hello ladies and gentlemen. Was busy with my regular routine but I miss you soooo much:)
You've posted so many gorgeous yelow (and not only) beauties, was a real ey-candy;)
And I see you r ready for the next week theme. Sound really interesting. Will check my silks and show you what I find:)

It's been a crazy week, but I achieved my goals: find a house and a school :) I still managed to try to honor yellow with my KO. It's surprising, I didn't like it much, but now I wear it all the time.
Maybe I'll comment on everybody's pictures while waiting for my plane later ;)

Thanks Anfang. It's really easy actually, you just need a scarf ring! It's what MaiTai calls the half bow knot. On side of the basic bias fold goes in and out of the scarf ring, and the other side is stuck between the ring and the scarf.

Most of my scarf rings were bought in a "mercerie", they are cute belt buckles, with the metallic part removed (it's called "un ardillon". I bet you didn't know this word!!!)
