Pelages et Camouflage by Aline Honore is one of my favorites, thanks to dear @LKBNOLA who alerted me to it on TRR some years ago. All those beautiful animal furs that vividly remind us of the beauty and utility in nature’s magnificent fauna. Beadwork necklaces and tribal fabrics add to the exotica. I paired it with my own beadwork and pearl jewelry - a lapis and gold heart necklace that was a gift some years ago and a bracelet and earrings I helped design with my wonderful local jeweler, Theresa Girzone, adding one lapis heart to the bracelet as a charm. The St Germain MOP chain d’ancre holds the scarf together. Finally, please note the H fur - Hermes’ own imaginary creature. I’m assigning it feline status, of course.

Thank you very much, @Maedi . It was not so difficult to knit and I like these ajour patterns very much. The wavy hem is created all by itself when knitting the pattern.

I have not been present last year because of a lot of health issues. But you all made everything better by showing your beautiful photos 😍 Now after having had my second cataract surgery I am ready to join again! So from now on without glasses and feeling better day by day 😊

Well that week passed fast! This last day of the Clever hands theme just have some examples of other handcrafted things, that I did not get to share during the week!
Weaves and wicker work:
On voiture a transformation
And on Masan et Masan, which I no longer have, but has a lovely wowen horse pattern!
The making of scarves themselves - painting, dying, stitching on Artisans d’Hermes
And the lovely Japanese temari balls - I have never seen a real one - on Art du temari which many of you have showcased this week (oh I am sereously considering hunting down that Black cw …🤩)

Lastet Let us put a bow on it - the King of bows, ribbons, straps and bolducs is Joachim Metz who have used this motive on at least four designs all relating to straps and reins of horses

Another one of my hand knits this morning, paired with jewelry from the desert, Parures des Sables. Thank you so much, @HermesEchidna for this wonderful week which had me remember some of my "handcrafted projects", finished or waiting to be finished, one of them in standby mode for more than one year now! 🤨
