What beautiful watches (I consider them jewelry also - wearing my Yurman today - sparkles!), scarf, and I love your red purse!Since I didn’t participate in jewelry week, I’m bringing it here to this week’s theme to show you my newest watch purchase. Timepieces are like jewelry, for sure, and I am very fond of Michele diamond watches. A few years ago I purchased a diamond caber. I just love this design - Roman numerals, diamond-accented finials. I wear it all the time.

But my favorite is the diamond Deco chronograph and I found one about three weeks ago in rose gold. I am in love. Today my SOTD with the same blouse featured is the gorgeous rose/rouge/gold Peuple du Vent plisse, accessorized with a rose gold H ring, a rose extreme Behapi, akoya pearl earrings from Pearl Paradise, two necklaces and of course, the Deco.

Great look, and I hope the pup is feeling better!Posting another archive pic while I am still on the road. Posting tonight from South Bend, Indiana where we have entered the eastern time zone. Here I am wearing Mystère au 24, 90 cm, along with All'Orto Botanico di Palermo CSGM.
Edited to add: I think it was @LKBNOLA who asked if I was avoiding the worst of the heat and still on schedule. No and yes. We hit the worst of it on Friday and Saturday. Today, though still hot was a few degrees cooler and more shade was to be found at the rest areas along the interstate. The dog enjoyed these a lot more. Did have to make an unplanned visit to a veterinarian for our dog but, it was one of our shorter driving days and we were able to keep to schedule. Taking the time to stop and take care of our sweetie pie old pup was so important. He's on antibiotics and will be seen again right after we arrive at our destination later this week.

Congratulations - it's beeeyouteeful!Good morning!!
This is just a try-on of a recently arrived grail Wild Singapore which I will wear later this morning for celebration of DS’ final exam and thus graduation. A monday should always hold some hugging and champagne.
By coïncidence I think I am almost on theme with blue-orange/yellow.

Wish you all a lovely day!
I love all the stripes - fabulous sherbet look!I picked up a vintage 27 inch square cotton Thalassa a while back, and tried pairing it today with my new Thalassa cotton twilly. I may need to rethink this, as I feel like I'm wearing a prize ribbon of some sort.

Thalassa scarf and twilly in cotton are my scarves of the day.

love love love the dip dye look - that's gorgeous!I have an ambitious idea for a two scarf look but my intentions and my actions did not quite align this morning. In the meantime, I will share some coordinated looks. The first shows a dip-dye paired with a striped button up. I like to have a few dip-dyes in the scarf rotation because the monochrome look allows me to wear a scarf with a pattern without too much busy-ness. I do personally enjoy mixing patterns, too, but sometimes, I feel the outfit needs more color or texture than design. This is a new-to-me Jungle Love paired with a green striped seersucker shirt:
View attachment 6191287
In the second case, my blouse has a pattern that actually could be a scarf in itself, so I felt I needed a solid color/textured piece so I paired it with my 90 Brides de Gala Perforé.

Fantastic colors with this navy dress - the yellow really pops!
oh la la!Hello,
Wanted to experiment with 2 scarves of the same colour family and tried this sort of wrap skirt. One scarf tied at the waist, then on top the other one, tied at the opposite side. It is rather safe when standing or dancing, but for sitting...🤣View attachment 6191324View attachment 6191325View attachment 6191326
Love this cheery colorful look!My most common approach to an outfit is for the scarf to contrast the clothes, and then add jewelry/bracelet and Chanel flats and bag to match the scarf.
Orange with purple today (Marine Naïve mousseline). Wearing an orange bracelet and purple flats (I don’t actually have orange flats!). My bag is in Capucine, so while not orange, it is orange-y.

So pretty and that necklace is beautiful!
Fabulous! Here's a *double* ... face that is... in high contrast mode with dark navy and trying to coordinate with a coral top. Guepards Bandana DF 90 is my SOTD.

Beautiful - that hem is just mmmmmwah!I actually had an appt today that got me out of sweaty work clothes so I got to wear a scarf! Yippee! I love this becanes in summer. And I am sure I’m off theme, I will go check to see what it is

It's a fab contrast to your dark top - I love this design!Good morning!
Sorry to be off theme, but here are some Sweet Dreams for a chilly day (at last).

Wish you a cozy day!
oooooo they are perfect together - a great contrast! How do you fasten it in the center tho?I very rarely wear two scarves together. Just a quick review of mod shots indicates that I've worn a gav with a CSGM one time, a 70 with a GT one time, a 90 under a CSGM a few times and double twillies or double gavs just two or three times each. I am nowhere near as creative as our lovely @darkstar66 who has been knocking double scarf styling out of the park, but years ago I did try a Mai Tai halter tie with two 70s. @Karenska's week is the perfect theme to indulge in some experimentation so I decided to try it with two 90s instead. They are folded in a triangle, joined slightly above center, tied behind the neck and then behind the back. I don't know how to take a decent mirror selfie so I split the look into two photos. It is pretty dramatic and very long-- especially on one as height-challenged as yours truly. But it could be fun if one were younger, taller and braver...

I did say "experiment" right? Just wanted to be clear. As Polonius said to Laertes, "To thine own self be true." Well that is useful advice and "mine own" true scarf self is more likely to be found wearing these beauties like this...one of these is my SOTD!

Thank you for letting me blow off some styling steam! This is one of my absolute favorite summer scarf designs and both the blue and the craie were very good sports to go along with this little scarf adventure![]()
Wellllll - this is cute! And I have moussies in similar colors... I think 280cm of fabric will be enough!Thank you very much, LKBNOLA. May I ask you how you style your 140 exactly? I looked up two possibilities in my "bibliothèque", but one of them needs 2 scarves, moussies, I think. (Would love to try but sadly I don't own 2 which could coordinate well.)
beautiful together! It is chilly this morning, after a stifling hot weekend, thanks to the heat dome having moved on to the East. So, this is a good morning for two scarves.
Tulipomanie GT and Axis Mundi are my scarves of the day.

Thank you! I have used only the first one "Robe Dos-Nu" with 140 silks, pareos and even a csgm. Here with Figure Artistique pareo and Kawa Ora CSGM (in that case I used a ring instead of just twisting the fabric).

Congratulations - I love having a scarf that truly has meaning to me! This is a lovely cw too! This could be a late post for last week's theme. I have had this scarf on my mind for the longest time as it evokes wonderful memories of staying in estancias with gauchos in Argentina, fazendas in Brazil or the encounter with these chagras in Andean Ecuador.

While it did not arrive in time for horse week, it works for contrasting color week too I believe. I was not even sure this cw existed in real as I only saw it on Pinterest only once, so I was delighted to find it!

This is really cute! Stay cool!Aaaaaaaaaaa so hot!! I’m currently recovering from a trip outside to pick up a friend’s car at a Home Depot parking lot (long story). I put on a high contrast but low warmth SOTD and popped out to the porch to take a very quick photo before retreating back into the air conditioning. View attachment 6191946

Wow ! ! ! @LKBNOLA - I'm gobsmacked with the stunning success of your bold experiment. You have utterly nailed coastal chic and I love it all, hands down, double high fives and all of that! Both for your relaxed low key, care free joie de vivre styling of your two Isolas and for your serious Main Character Energy! I'm imagining your character in an impossibly stylish resort in New England sipping champagne out of turn of the century coups at a fabulous 4th of July party. I'm in the back hiding behind some plants trying to figure out how you held those two pieces together in the front.I very rarely wear two scarves together. Just a quick review of mod shots indicates that I've worn a gav with a CSGM one time, a 70 with a GT one time, a 90 under a CSGM a few times and double twillies or double gavs just two or three times each. Beautiful styling with your jewelry and top color @FA73 - and what a neat scarf. There's a lot going on there. It looks like it has 4 contrasting border areas and a spotted hide in the center. Ah, I'm in the same fan club and will follow you tomorrow. 😉Yes, i'm a fan.
Thank you @EtsyBoss. Yes, it is a fascinating scarf, first came to my knowledge thanks to my scarf sister @LKBNOLA who has Argentinian roots I believe. And then this blog did a wonderful job describing this scarf, a great read!Beautiful styling with your jewelry and top color @FA73 - and what a neat scarf. There's a lot going on there. Gorgeous look Anna!Hi, scarf friends! Just a pink outfit today with my Vinci. Hard to find matching jewelry, so I am wearing my RG earrings to go with the RGHW in the bracelet. Pink flats as well.
