Whew, got behind as I was on travel this week. Not much scarf wearing.

Thank you Jereni! :ghi5: Have you worn it at all?

I have, but I don’t find myself reaching for it very much. Not sure why…

I loved that film, too. It’s based on a book by German author Michael Ende and you can simulate riding the dragon at the Bavarian Filmstudios in Munich.

Oh cool, thank you for the tip!

Today, one of my tiger friends will accompany me through the day, not through the night. The one with the teal eye and same coloured hem. Tyger Tyger.View attachment 6101363View attachment 6101361

Lovely! This is the cw of the 90 I covet a bit.

Not on theme but my SOTD is Annie Faivres Jardin de la Maharani
- tied this morning for style and a boost of confidence for my annual performance review with my boss

Now that the review is over (and went well ;) ) I will treat myself to opening some scarf mail, that has been sitting patiently on my shelf… Hopefully I’ll manage to take some pictures for you later 😊

Oh how beautifully tonal. I’m always envious of you all that can pair scarves with marvelous tweeds and boucles.

Zebra Pegasus GT is my SOTD.

Gosh, do you just make this work!!! So cute on you.

I've been leaving home in a rush for work this week and wearing every day l’Orphee with velvet coat or black leather jacket. I’m in love with this one. So easy to wear!

Here’s Sur Mon Nuage, Dimitri Rybalchenko, so I’m on theme today 😍🙌

I just realized Clair de Lune is by D.R🤓, too

All are stunning. Love the colors in the Sur Mon Nuage.

I teased this one yesterday: Scarfmail with help from our dear TPF authenticators. I am so thrilled to finally have a Faubourg Tropical in my scarf drawer and even more so that it is the gorgeous CSGM.

Twins with @redheaddem and @PoliticalGal and probably many more here...

Congrats!!! Omg gorgeous. I dream of this one a lil bit. Looks great on you!

Hastening to the end of the alphabet today with my very precious Xavier de Poret-- Les Tourterelles:

I love the green shirt with that cw of Chiens! I wish H had more greens like this… grassy but still with that hint of blue.

My scarf designer for today is the popular Zoe Pauwels.

Great scarf and absolutely perfect knot!

Before the day ends and not on theme-- except that scarf mail is always on theme, amirite? -- popping on to share a delightful addition from It's All Goode (🙏 @sdsurfchick) -- a lovely new-to-me silk twill Nuees Imaginaire in a delightful black and grey cw. It reminds me of a winter sky...

Thank you all for letting me share!

Love the outfit! It was meant to be with that beauty, congrats on the new-in!

Such a pretty pendant, dear Jereni!
Thanks for sharing

I love this post, Karenska.
And your scarf with this incredible pendant is a stunner!! 😍😍

Thanks, dear Maedi. It’s always nice to hear from you. I’m trying to be more brave with putting things together that might feel like they’re too much or too busy sometimes! Yes, I try to find them in the boutiques when I can, and I also have an idea of what to avoid that can make me look too pale.

so sorry to hear that, Bunny!! Hope you feel better!!

Thanks, dear LKBNOLA

Croisette: Oh, I love this 😍😍😍. Those blues!

Fabulous, darkstar! 🙌🌷

Sisters, dear Jereni!😍

Take care and have some rest with a cosy scarf !😊

Hope you feel better soon!

I ahope you feel better soon @bunnycat-- a winter cold is sheer misery. Thank you for soldiering on but please take good care.

I am so happy that you love your new Orphee-- and with good reason @Helena7! Gorgeous on you. Twins on the CDL, a very beautiful black and white CSGM!

Perfect match with your brooch @HermesEchidna...

There are fabulous, twins on Eleftheria and CdL and you know how I pine for theat Central Park @Maedi!

Beautiful Tzapoffs @Helena7-- last year I became your Wa-Ko-Ni twin. And thank you for your comment on my De Passage a Moscou!

Congratulations-- this is a stunner. It looks lovely with your coloring @Jacq1!

Feel better, Bunnycat :hugs:.

Thank y'all for the well wishes. I am still battling severe congestion and a nasty sinus headache. I mean- it's literally I just can't breathe through my nose at all nasal disaster night and day right now (and that keeps me from sleeping, and then I get real crabby). Sadly, I can't take decongestants either. The best I've been able to do is smear my nose with Vicks for temporary relief. I did have a little more energy today so maybe by the end of the weekend I'll start getting back on track.

I did have to take Mr Bcat (the person I have to thank for my current state of nasal misfortune as he had this last week) to Xmas rehearsals and so took the opportunity to wear Vladimir Rybalchenko's Cavalier d'Or giant vintage mousseline when dropping him at the train station.

Love that blue Orphee!

Good morning!!

Today it is Sct Lucia Day. A Day to light candles and look towards brighter times. 🕯️also a Day to send warm thoughts to those sick or in distress or just to wish for endurance in x-mas times.

I wear a candle pin and a holiday red scarf to match. Fornunately it Can tie in a Way not to reveal the slaying and dismembering going on in the motive…

Lovely airing with the candle pin HE!

Lookin' fab Maedi!

These are pretty on you, dear Maedi. Sisters on the silk CdL. I love your off white jacket. 😍

Lovely!! Your white top really makes the scarf design shine, GloWWorM.

Sorry to hear that, Mktlim. Hope you stay warm!

Darkstar: Sisters! Ah, so lovely with that baby blue jacket. This designed had me search the second hand markets for cws that I missed. Well worth the search! Plus, they remindme of my cat Yogi Tiger😻.

I just noticed that I completely missed the letters for this week’s theme, thinking it’s something like R-Z week!! 🙀

Antoine Tzapoff, Cosmogenie Apache and Wako Ni from the archives. Now, I miss the summer!:angel:

Love the detailing on all of these!

Just remarked that yesterday's Tyger and the socks I'm knitting for my husband at the moment have the same colour scheme, as has the Missoni shawl I wear today. Could you call this a colour family gathering? 😄The socks and the Tyger will never been worn together though because 1. I don't wear 43 size shoes and 2. my husband would never dream of putting View attachment 6101967a tiger around his neck.😥
I bow to your knitting skills!!!! I will stick to my little circular knitting machine. :D Spinning and weaving are enough in depth textile knowledge for me.

Love this one from Zoe!

Clair de Lune today. I’m not sure how to wing it being on theme other than to say that Dimitri Rybaltchenko is skip-adjacent to T :graucho:Yes, that was a long shot!

Poor bunnycat, I had this and it lasted six weeks. Totally sympathize with the sleeping issue. Get better. I took Zinc, not sure if that helped.

Mega quote incoming!

Sharing one of my beloved set of the "De Passage a" scarves by Natalie Vialars today. This one of the most beautiful purple scarves ever made by Hermés, at least in my opinion. I had to fold and turn and turn in order to feature one of Scarflandia's favorite things-- the detail of the orange bags and boxes piled around the the house...

*sigh* I love everything about this: the purple is magical and it reminds me of my work trips to Moscow many moons ago. One day I’ll have this design in my life.
