Wow both of these are fabulous! Always enjoy seeing you on here.
Thank you so much, Nomad! I do not always find the time to post but I love being here.scarf of the evening is my fleurs d’ecosse to tempt @Lellabelle with this design. I wanted to wear it this week too for the cool dot border. I am also wearing a new purchase of this Oxford blue top which I love.
I have realized that I can be too linear, matchy matchy in my thinking with what I can wear w a scarf. This black tous les bateaux has been a tough one for me because I was only thinking gray, silver, black, beige and browns ( I have none in closet). I don’t look great in any of those colors. I have never loved any outfit I have created with bateaux. So I played with it tonight with this top. Much happier. Lastly, showing one of my favorite designs grand theatre nouveaux W the fun pink hem.

Your Theatre Nouveau is marvellous on you! It has great colours and the pink contrast hem is an inspired choice. Obviously I love matching my scarfs to my outfits colourwise and it‘s easy when a scarf has a great range of colours. When a scarf is almost monochrome like your Tous les Bateaux seems to be, it can also be fun to pair it with a completely different colour. I think both a light or dark pink might look good but also orange, yellow or light blue. The scarf is so beautiful that it deserves to be worn more often!
