Don't apologize ! It's a pleasure to read you and admire your beauties !Apologies for two posts in one day (I know this thread gets very fast and full!), but this is my actual SOTD and it fits our theme to a T. My new puppy's schedule is crowding my morning mod shot routine, but here is Robe du Soir, tied to show both its amazingly beautiful border and its surprising pink contrast hem: two for one!

Oh what a fun post, CocoWhimsical, I need to memorise this new adjective which suits me (thanks @Marie-the-Mary )
Back to work today. Half-punk, half-princess mood. SOTD, Chorus stellarum and its kick-ass green edge!
I looked at @LKBNOLA 's photo, but I don't have the touch (yet). A question of time and training!

Oh yes! Fantastic mod shot, Rbh, you look so chic and stylish, jewelry is perfect with outfit. Do is your lippy! A very beautiful cw of Zenobie. Wow!
Twin, sorry you aren’t feeling well, but you sure do look festive!Still not feeling 100 percent, so I wore some cheery bright clothes…glad I have this one scarf that’s more subdued because all of my other scarves looked very “ouch” with this combo!

Wow, wow and WOW!Jese- Did you mean to post in the seasonal thread? I'm guessing you are talking about the vermillion Costumes? I think there are some mod shots there but maybe not enough to tell the shade of vermillion. The ZP triangle vermillion from a couple of seasons ago leaned red but it was on cashmere. The vermillion this season, so far to me leans orange on the silk, but I have not seen enough mod shots to say for sure.
A most happy hem in fuchsia and fabulously bodacious border in typical Ardmore style! Wearing Flowers of South Africa a bit last week.

And yesterday, I had another legit two scarf day! It was cool enough in the morning for Mumbai, with a teal contrast border that really makes the rest of the scarf pop, and while it doesn't have a happy hem, it has a happy fringe on the edges.I always wondered how they made these fringed scarves stay put, and being a weaver, my mind envisaged tiny, tiny hemstitch all around.
But when I look close, it looks like they are banking on the stickiness of the wool, and hand knotted corners to keep things from unraveling.

Then in the afternoon for some visits to the various parents I wore the most bodacious border of them all- Sieste au Paradis, with its very happy bright pink hem. My hair has returned to its usual out of control state.

It's perfect, and yes- with that fabu lime hem, I'll be sure to wear that one this week too....Whimsical, I need to memorise this new adjective which suits me (thanks @Marie-the-Mary )

I love the green trim! Pink and green is one of my favorite combos and this looks wonderful, especially against your maroon top.I'll admit I didn't "get" the green hem on Omnibus Remix, at first. Now, I'd miss that palate-cleansing accent if it were gone.

Thank you kindly Karenska! I think many of the more recent fringed 90s were from the men's section, and that never gets as much attention, so once the season is past, it's hard to find any info about them at all.Wow, wow and WOW!Bunnycat, you rock each of these! Love your Sieste and I love the fringed 90s, though I don’t own one. Beautiful, all.

Twins with you on this beauty. I love everything about it - the colors, the way design falls when one drape it over the shoulders.. It looks like a million bucks when worn over white tee as wellI fell in love with the Moorish border on the Danse des Amazones design and requested it as soon as I saw it in this green / gold / black colorway. It also has a weird choice for the trim - dark blue - found nowhere else in the design. I love that though... gives me confidence to wear it with my go-to color navy.
