What a fabulous introductory post! That chart with the colors is very helpful. You are so great with neutrals that I know we will all be bedazzled by your offerings this week… Is the last shawl Pegase? It is extraordinary!

Love this calm and cool CW and looks great with the oatmeal sweater

This shawl is amazing… It is the last CSGM to enter my collection and I am in awe of its beauty

Oh my! Fabulosity!

Oh wow! They looks amazing together! Almost seamless!

Such a glorious blend of colors!
Looks amazing on you

My fav CW of this wonderful design

Love this look! Fabulous pattern mixing

My favorite Sintra CW… Such a great pairing with this sweater! I must try to find a top this color to wear with mine

One of H’s best neutral scarves… I love it so much that I own the same CW both as a 90 twill and CSGM… I’ve never paired it with green but just look at how beautiful it looks

Love them both but I’ve always admired that Cavalcadour Fleuri shawl… This is my fav CW

Oh so beautiful! I got the
Brightest CW of this design when it came out but now regret not getting a more subdued CW like your beauty

Perfect scarf for the week’s theme!

It is beautiful and so unique!

Awesome pattern mixing!

Oooh, I love this on you! It is magnificent

So great in these fabulous neutrals

That is simply stunning! I would wear this side all the time

Yes! Denim blue can be a great neutral! Love it with the lovely pearls

So elegant! And, I spy a beautiful little Victorian or Edwardian cameo pin

Each and every one amazing. I am especially smitten by your Orphee… I am in love with the reverse side

All are stunning, jaw-dropping gorgeous

OMG Congrats! It is amazing! Especially striking with that bright green jacket

Another beautiful and stunning parade of amazing neutrals

Ohmigosh. I love them all! But most especially the Art d’Ecrire and how you’ve tied it so cleverly showing the writer!

Love it in this wonderful neutral CW!
Z

Love them all, especially the Miao which I also own… and that precious kitty kat!

Another amazing parade… You inspired me to pursue that glorious Flamingo Party. The Fantaisie Pittoresque and Sunrise moussie are dreamy

Oh my goodness… Gorgeous!

All so fabulous! And such a stunning penannular brooch

Congrats! Made for you

Such a beautiful and elegant CW

Oooh, I had never seen this one before! What a wonderful rarity!

Another one that we twin on… It is stunning

You are killing me! All are amazing! And those scarf drawers!

Glorious shawl
Thanks for all your kind compliments. I confess I had a look on the archives before buying the Miao and saw your fab' pictures. You are kind of scarf mentor to me ! Mythes et métamorphoses is also stunning in blak and Electric blue hem...

I have seen Early America in so many bright and great colors in here, but my neutral sotd is a subdued version, of the early squirrel variety. I love the marbled effect and the mustard and grey but found it so hard to match that I have not really been wearing it. But this week’s theme dared me to - though with the loophole of a basic black dress. …. And a polar bear pin for dramatic effect :amuse:
Have a great day and a lovely weekend everybody!

Hermes makes a lot of scarves with All The Colors, sometimes that makes it hard to decide just what color to ‘sort’ it as.
That’s where my Mixed Neutral (patent and trademark pending ) drawer comes in handy.

It could also be called “Goes With Everything”
Because they do!

Now you may be saying “Cookie, your PenF is yellow - you’ve lost your mind!”
But - check it out! (SOTD)

Bravo! wonderful inspiration. I will be looking more carefully through my scarves, and seeing if I have any neutrals hiding in plain sight.

Hi everyone!
I am back, emerging on the other side of a horrible cold while engulfed in a lot of busyness…

I’d like to share again the last CSGM to enter my collection… I am in love with the glorious Faubourg Tropical

I attended a funeral on Wednesday when our temps dropped quite a bit. I had a scarf ready for the occasion, but changed to Jungle Love CSGM at the last minute

The last weekend of February I visited Disneyworld in Orlando. I brought along my Serenite moussie for Animal Kingdom day

What a beautiful parade of neutrals-- so delighted to be twins on a few! And thank you for your kind remarks @Living.la.vida.fifi -- nice to see your beautiful silks always...
Twins on Tigre Bengale. All three are spectacular!
Thank you, twinsie! Always love coinciding with you @Maedi-- it is a magnificent silk, that Tigre!
Playing it safe today with a neutral blue & white scarf on a neutral black & white tee.

This is so cute and "meta" @xincinsin -- I haven't seen it in this pretty blue -- only occasionally in red or black...

Another great scarf/pin combo @HermesEchidna -- I could have used your polar bear today! That EA with the squirrels is the first iteration of the design, I have learned...the Washington's came later.
And you are ready for it @Coco2606! Beautiful.

My goal of a week full of tranquility literally came to a crashing halt when I managed to hit a pole this morning while trying to back up. Been driving for 33 years and this is my first accident. At least I have a beautiful neck warmer while I fill out the insurance claim, and no one is hurt, the engine seems fine, just some scary looking (hopefully) superficial plastic damage.
Jungle Love CSGM.

Wow - I can't believe a pole hit you when you are wearing such a fierce scarf! Hope all is well.

I love this tie and this top with it @Redbirdhermes and I am cracking up over the collage showing you've been "neutralizing" it all along! Sometimes neutrals are so understated we don't even realize we are wearing them!

I think it will look lovely on the bright purple @xincinsin and grey too I think? Very imposing horns on those licornes!

This scarf design is so darn appealing but look how beautiful it looks as a plisse-- so watery and soft @Karenska. Definitely a soft neutral "go with anything" vibe!

Oh, no! I am so glad that no one was hurt but definitely the kind of event that does not do anything for your day or mood @EtsyBoss. Your shawl on the other hand is full of uplift and at least only your driving record and your vehicle are banged up it sounds like...An upsetting thing to be sure...

I thought it was Georg Jensen! My best friend from college days inherited her mother's collection and I have so enjoyed learning about the designers and features of brooches. How lovely to have these heirlooms and shared passions with your stylish grandmother @HermesEchidna -- my Dallet love and my Tigre du Bengal came from a beloved aunt-by-marriage who was also very stylish. Nice connections! (and thank you for the compliment!)

I vote that we have a theme next year called Mixed Neutrals © Cookiefiend-- oh, wait! Isn't that what we *are* doing this week!
I have complimented these often-- the center of your yellow PeF is themost beautiful of all the cws IMHO, your Sintra is a wonder and your very unusual black-hemmed DlMauC is amazing. Now, what else was in there... Hmmmm (and thank you @Cookiefiend-- scarfmail from friends is the best!)

I love everything about this lovely honey-colored ensemble @Croisette7-- so warm and inviting...

Happy St Patrick's Day to you @hotgalaxy! Of course in New Orleans, there is a parade and because we throw things during parades, cabbages were often thrown from the floats and it was a fine thing to catch one for your dinner. But too many people got bonked on the head so now they just hand them out carefully...
The blue green cw of Cosmographia is a real beauty and perfect for the day...
Thank you, LKB!

Thank you Maedi!
Two "neutrals" with strong borders today-- archive shots because I am going to go for the green a little later... And I am on the road heading out to meet a scarfie friend! Happy Friday, Scarflandia and Happy St. Patrick's Day! Luck 'o the Irish, to ya (looking at you @hotgalaxy!)

Two beauties?

Just to keep it on theme, lots of grey and white, and even a dose of light blue for today’s neutral entry. I love this one, and I totally baby it. Not an ideal pairing with the pink but I didn’t have time to change, or style this as it deserves. Grand Prix du Faubourg. Sisters with @Redbirdhermes who has the beautiful purple version, I think?
