Good morning, from Scotland today - our meetings have started again, and it is wonderful to see colleagues in real life.
So yesterday saw a slight switch to my usual outfit for the trip, with the experiment of a yellow belt for Rendez-vous Rive Gauche. And for the first session on site, a surprise pairing of Ballet Aquatique. Today I need to think as I forgot the scarf I wanted to take. Oh, agrume! I adore this Ballet Aquatique. It is a scarf I have passed on before because I wasnt sure of the cw for me, but this one is a knockout! (Great sweater too.) Enjoy Scotland!!!

Agrume, you look chic and stylish, that belt just pops with the scarf. And BA looks great with that beautiful, neutral sweater. Yes, traveling with which scarves to take is so much harder because many of our collections have grown during this time of pandemic. 2020 was a banner year for me, I’ll tell you. Enjoy Scotland!

Good grief this day just flew by! I've been dealing with computer issues all day, and failed operating system updates (DH, who is a computer engineer, says there's a reason he calls it "Crapple"... ).

Anyhoo, here I am trying to coordinate my lipstick to my scarf to stay on theme.

Scarf is "La Selle Imaginaire" in Gris Perle, Violet, Orange and Jaune by Jan Bajtlik. I adore it.

The knot is an attempt to experiment with my Trio scarf ring and a cowboy knot.

I just love how this scarf reveals different stories with each new fold...

I guess I‘m not really on theme today with my actual SOTD: Le Jardin de la Maharani in a pale but lovely cw with a sweater and all bundled up later today because despite the sun it‘s still quite cold outside.

In early May, we are going to our first wedding since the pandemic! New England is still very cool, so I am planning on my beloved CU shawl to accompany a jacket for pre-wedding drinks on Friday, and the same shawl to keep me from freezing during the outdoor ceremony and tent dinner. Cannot overstate how exciting it is to dress up again! And an H beauty certainly beats a cardigan!
