Thank you, dear Fifi, for all the nice compliments and comments. My brooch is indeed a hand painted on wood Russian pin. The details are exquisite it’s my favorite holiday brooch, not the least because my DH gave it to me for Christmas several years ago. My Santa Moon is another holiday treasure.Welcome! And, what an entrance with such a fabulous shawl! Definitely festive colors and great for the holiday season!
Oh my… Love this!
These are awesome!
Both are amazing and so special! You are lucky to have found the spectacular Madison Party… and, your pendant is genius with both silks as the design equals design elements on both scarves
My heavens! A treasure… and, an unicorn! You are so lucky to have found this one and can’t wait to see your complete collex of De Passages!
Thank you so very much!
Three amazing additions… So happy to be your twin on Ivresse and Premier Chant… incredible pattern mixing on the last one, BTW and fabulous knots on all
Beautiful pairing with the earrings which are perfectly suited for the scarf!
What a beautiful post… I love everything! The scarves are magnificent, and I should know as I twin with you on both and I also got both this year!! Love your decor and your manicure is amazing, as is that incredible ring!
Thank you so very kindly!
What a beautiful post! We are very lucky to have gotten a hold of this Laboratoires this year… As usual your pattern mixing is extraordinary… And, you will rock the Gene Kelly… Such a fabulous still life with those amazing shoes before the Christmas tree!
Oh my, so sorry to hear about your Covid episode! Hope you are doing better! I’ve always wanted this CW of Decoupages as I feel it is the perfect holiday scarf… And, congrats on the white Noel! Truly a treasure
Love this CW on you… Looks amazing with that top
Both are so very special and hard to find! Beautifully accessorized and styled! Must say that that yellow contrast hem on Madison Avenue is fabulous
Aaaah, love them all! The larger beads worn with Lalbhai and BdG Finesse are gorgeous and all are styled to perfection as usual
Nothing like a special scarfie friend that is so incredibly thoughtful! They are all amazing additions and look so beautiful on you!
The best CW of this shawl, IMO… and, paired with such a beautiful pin
Thank you so very much!
Just beautiful! And adore that brooch! Is this a Russian or Polish hand painted one? What are the details on this holiday beauty?
So fabulous! The shade of pink is sublime
And, they all look magnificent on you! You wear each one to perfection
Ooh, I am loving your new Cw of Scotland, and the Imprimeur Fou is so special! Love it tied in this simple knot and worn with those magnificent pearls
What a great idea to pair them together! This is the CW I wanted but never made it online or to the store… It is striking!
What a beautiful picture! You look amazing
A most fabulous post, Fifi, chock full of all good things. Your Buche de Noel is amazing! Beautifully presented. I was not able to acquire my favorite cw of Sous Le Charme, which is stunning on you. H.com never got it, to my knowledge and disappointment. But I consoled myself with a twilly, which I adore. Archive shot.Today I present every single silk from the Hermès 2022 collections that I acquired this year. BTW, I also have Le Premier Chant from the Spring/Summer 2022 collection, but it was a 2021 Christmas gift, so technically not a part of this year’s tally
So, these are all my Spring/Summer 2022 silks in order of acquisition…

I’ve just about finished up a tiny vial of L’Heure Bleue! Such an original and intriguing perfume. I read a review once that said it’s a perfume suitable for an anchorite. I know what you mean about saving these rare fragrances for special occasions. I wish I had purchased more Bellodgia, which reminds me of the heavenly scent of dianthus, and several other fragrances before perfume ingredient regulations changed and so many fragrances lost their luster. That said, less interest in perfume means more money for scarves, so I try to look at the bright side!Oh, this is a post full of wonderful things, Lellabelle. Where to start? It sounds like you had the coziest of Christmases, and being ensconced in plaid and candlelight, with a little liqueur and delicious confection with loved ones sounds like a perfect holiday to me. Your tree and table are so festive and is that white village on the table a music box? So pretty.
Congratulations on your lovely silky gifts! CdL is a great design, as we all love and know, and your cw is so special. So is your stunning Laboratorie de Temps -. Your manicure is
and those beautiful perfume bottles promise glorious scents, I am sure. (For Christmas Eve and Day, I wore L’Heure Bleue, a parfum I reserve for very special times.)
Happy Holidays, Glowworm! Can’t wait to see your treasures.Stopping by to wish everyone a slightly belated Happy Christmas and Chanukah! Life with two young children and family staying over the holidays is nothing short of chaotic but I can’t wait to show my newness in the next few days. I have a marine Zebra Pegasus giant triangle and a Sous L’Egide de Mars that I’m so excited to wear!
Happily making my way through your delightful posts.
Lol an anchovy-scented scarf might not be the best thing ever!Laughing at your joke, but sad that some of the traditional foods you love aren’t available, TFP.
Your joke reminds me of Friday stopping by my dear Aunt Mary’s home to deliver gifts for her grandsons where she was making our family’s traditional zippoli. Ours is not with powdered sugar, it is with anchovies. It is delicious and you try to eat just one. But I was wearing my Cosmos plisse and became very concerned with the aromas wafting around and threw my coat and scarf in the car. (I decided not to add a stop to my cousin’s home on Christmas Eve in addition to going my sister’s for the evening as I felt I shouldn’t overdo it, what with having been ill in December; hence the gift delivery.)
Amazing haul, Nomad! Love the first scarf, the light green and pink. Beautiful!I always love wrapping up the end of year with a good look at my own collection and also love seeing everyone’s new pieces. It’s such a fun week!
I brought in 35 scarves this year, 26 exited my collection to new homes. I have a lot more to go to new homes still. My plan is to release an older piece in my collection if I bring in a new piece, in an attempt to really hone my collection to those I ReAlLy love and can’t live without. I got MANY grails this year, which is super exciting, even if overwhelming :-0.
5 are from the 2022 seasons ( I think. I get confused sometimes based on how late I can get my hands on scarves sometimes). lanterns, chorus, becanes, double face passades, and marble doll twilly I have no photo of. 1 I bought in 2022, but is from 2021 I think, tea time. 2 are older designs that popped on h.com this year, farniente pareo ( my only pareo) and kachinas wash ( my only wash).

Exactly, Maedi. Delicate. These are most delightful colors, reminding me of fine china. Perfectly suited for you.
What a poetic way of putting it, Maedi. I have not had the courage to rehome yet but I should. Yet everytime I contemplate doing so, I just can’t.That's a formidable plan. If only I could tear some of my lesser worn designs off my heart.![]()
So colorful and pretty, Anna. It looks boss with your puffer!Hi all, hope everyone is having a good holiday season, if applicable. Here is my new Costume de Fête (cw02).

Stunning, Hkisses. Is this design Bingata? Love the sweet colors in it.My goal for 2023 is to learn how to showcase the different details/colors of one scarf each time I wear it that it looks like a different scarf altogether…
